ウブド モンキー フォレストとして知られるマンダラ スチ ウェナラ ワナは、バリのオナガザルの保護区であり、自然の生息地です。バリ島のパダンテガル ウブドにあります。この聖域には約1049匹のサルが住んでいます。本堂前群、森林保全群、中点群、東群、ミシュラン群、墓地群の6群に分けられます。モンキー フォレスト ウブドには、ダレム アグン パダントゥガル寺院、ホーリー スプリング寺院、プラジャパティ寺院の 3 つの寺院があります。森林はパダンテガル コミュニティが所有し、マンダラ スチ ウェナラ ワナ マネジメントが管理しています。管理の目的は、場所を神聖に保ち、モンキー フォレスト ウブドを国際的な観光地として宣伝することです。モンキーフォレストでとうもろこしを食べるサル モンキー フォレストは、それを所有するパダントゥガル村にあります。村の住民は、モンキー フォレストを村の重要な精神的、経済的、教育的、および保全の中心地と見なしています。
テガララン ライス テラスは、バリ島ウブドの北にあるテガララン ビレッジにあるバリ島の有名な観光名所の 1 つです。テガララン村は海抜 600 m に位置し、村人のほとんどが農民である温暖な気候に覆われています。テガラランは、ウブドで最も人気のある水田の 1 つとして知られており、9 世紀にさかのぼるスバックと呼ばれる人気のあるバリの伝統的な灌漑方法に深く根ざしています。 このシステムは、他の多くのバリの棚田と同様に、生命に対するトリ ヒタ カラナの哲学を体現しています。

Our guide Nyoman was wonderful, he allowed us to cater the trip to what we wanted to do, even made substitutions to go to elephant sanctuary, instead if monkey park

My sister and I did this last minute booking and were so happy that our driver, Nyomon, had fantastic english, safe driving skill, courteous, friendly & readily shared his knowledge of Balinese culture heritage & their life style. Monkey Forest, beautiful scenery everywhere. We didn't try the Swing but was fun to see others doing it & enjoy lunch with the view. We chose not to visit the temple due to our late start in the day, but did add a walk over the glass bridge. Thank you so much. Our day was fantastic.
