Our tour guide, Widia, was incredibly kind and accommodating, even though we arrived late due to an issue with our airline. He was very understanding and made sure the delay didn’t affect our experience. Throughout our trip, Widia took us wherever we wanted to go and was always happy to recommend great places to visit. He was extremely helpful, flexible, and made our time in Bali much more enjoyable. I traveled with my girlfriend, and we were both very satisfied with his service. I would highly recommend Widia to anyone considering a trip to Bali. If you’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and helpful guide, Widia is definitely someone you can count on!

The person in charge was Widia. I can speak slowly in Japanese and simple English. You really helped me, even though I'm bad at English! And above all, they are truly kind! Really good value for money. I booked this last minute and got confirmation right away. The tour operator Eka was very responsive. He even accomodated a special request. My driver Dewa arrived early at my hotel. While driving he had some good stories and was informative. I would definitely book with Bali Art Tours again when I come back to Bali.

We booked a car charter through Agoda for airport transfers and a driver/guide tour several months before our Bali vacation. Communication was excellent via email and, later, WhatsApp. Merta was assigned to us, and we had a wonderful overall experience. Merta was very friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible. He provided excellent suggestions for our daily itinerary and provided in-depth explanations of some of the attractions we visited. He speaks excellent English, stays in touch via text message, and is never late, even when we adjust our schedules with him.

I rented a car with a driver from Bali Art Tours on August 24th. My driver, Dewa Made Putra, is very friendly, patient, and professional. He took me to Black Sand Beach, and the view was very beautiful. During the journey, Dewa was very patient and made me feel comfortable. ホテル移動日に7時間程度利用し、ウィリーさん（Widia）が運転してくださいました。 20代夫婦で使ったのですが、時間通りにホテルにお迎えに来てもらい、さっそく行きたい場所を伝えたところ快く運転スタート。 そしてなんとウィリーさんは日本語が少し分かるようで、基本日本語で終始ドライブしました！私たちは英語が苦手なので、日本語でガイドなどもしていただき、とても安心でした！ そして行きたいスポットが複数あったのですが、ここにはこの道で行った方が渋滞に巻き込まれない、ちょうど行く途中でおすすめのスポットがあるけど寄る？など、さすが現地の方のガイドを受けることができました。 お陰様で、あまり下調べしてなかった私たちでも存分に楽しむことができ大満足です！！ 送迎場所は、乗ったホテルから3時間ほどかかるホテルだったのですが、そこにもちゃんと降ろしていただき、大変お疲れの中頑張っていただきました。ありがとうございました。 写真まで撮っていただき、本当に大満足です。 日本の方が予約される際は、ウィリーさんにお願いするといいと思います！ またバリに行ったら使わせていただきます！ We booked this service for about 7 hours on the day we changed hotels, and Widia was our driver. My wife and I (a couple in our 20s) used the service. He arrived right on time at our hotel, and when we told him where we wanted to go, he happily started driving. To our surprise, Widia speaks some Japanese, so we were able to communicate in Japanese throughout the entire drive! Since we aren't very confident in our English, having him guide us in Japanese gave us huge peace of mind. We had several spots we wanted to visit, and thanks to his local knowledge, he gave us great advice like, "Taking this route will help avoid traffic," or "There's a great spot along the way, would you like to stop by?" Because of his wonderful guidance, we had an amazing time even though we hadn't done much research beforehand!! Our final drop-off location was about 3 hours away from where we were picked up, but he got us there safely and smoothly. It must have been exhausting, but he worked so hard for us. Thank you so much! He even took photos for us, which was a great bonus. If any travelers from Japan are thinking of booking, I highly recommend requesting Widia ! We will definitely use this service again next time we visit Bali!

I enjoyed a wonderful 8-hour car charter to the Ubud area with my family. Merta is the best and friendliest driver in Bali. His driving skills are excellent and safe.
