Our guide was ready and waiting for us when we got in. He was very knowledgeable about things to see, and was cheerful throughout the long trip from the airport.
Easy transfer from.airpirt to hotel.driver on time and helpful. Text me to say he was waiting in arrivals and took our luggage to the car when we had made our way through. Good chat on way to hotel and told us of things we could so and to see.
special thank you to Ketut our driver. He waited for us with our name sign and he texted us too, smooth and easy arrival. Always nice to have someone waiting for our arrival and we did a few days tour with him too. thank you very much Ketut, See you again next time

I don’t normally give bad reviews but I was so disappointed. I booked this taxi from Denpasar airport to Ubud. Driver was 45 minutes late to collect me and then could not work out which gate I was at so he did not arrive until 1 hour and 20 minutes after he was expected. I gave my flight number in the booking so I don’t know why this could not have been worked out beforehand as no other taxi drivers waiting at the arrivals gate seemed to have this issue. Defeats the purpose of booking in advance. Would have been quicker and less stressful to just request a taxi at the airport. The car also had a bad smell.
First of all, We do really apologize for what happened. It Is really not our standard. Driver Should wait and standby for your arrival. He was very new in our team and he failed to predict the traffic jam cause by some events for our independent day. We did serious action for that because 1 star review is really hurting the whole team that been working their best to make our guests happy. Once again we really do apologize for what happened and hope to see you again in the future.
Driver texted us right away and patiently waited while we went thru customs etc. Greeted us with an eager smile and ready to help with our luggage. Had cold water and a cooled car waiting for us for our ride to Ubud. Shared some location info, which was very helpful. Thank you
