Jero was a wonderful driver! Easy pickup
I enjoyed my driver a lot. His name was Jero. He was able to take me two hours to my villa from the airport in rush-hour. He was a nice person and personable, and it was easy to find him from the airport. He kept in contact with me the whole way, and by the time I got into the car, he gave me a lot of information about Bali as well as tours and his WhatsApp to contact him later if I needed any help finding experiences. What a friendly person! It was lovely to me after such a long flight

A good transfer
Our driver was friendly and was easily reachable! Some directions on the pickup location at the airport were not necessarily the most didactic, maybe just send a Google Maps location as well

Best Transport Ever
OMG!! Kadek Gio was AMAZING!! He was on time for our pick up and waited patiently as we navigated almost 2 hours after arrival the hectic airport shenanigans. He spoke good English and gave us recommendations on places to eat and tour. He was very helpful with luggage. I would choose him all over again!

Great experience with this driver
I had a brilliant transfer from the airport to my hotel in Ubud. The driver was super welcoming and happy to chat, which made for a great experience. Keen to talk and learn about the English language, and more than happy to entertain my attempts at Bahasa.

Ketut was communicative and clear about how to connect with him upon arrival, which was exactly what I needed after a long flight. And then he was helpful, friendly, and professional for the drive to my hotel. Couldn't be more glad I booked this service, it was the perfect way to start off my holiday in Bali!
