To be honest: I can only recommend the company through Expefia. In particular, the driver Esa earns 10 points out of 10 possible: He is competent, unobtrusive, polite and enormously friendly. Because he knew and used side streets, we had more time for the big points. The man is worth an unconditional recommendation, especially since he drives you very, very much. Our guide Made was the best, his English is very good and he is very knowledgable. We made suggestions of what we would like to see and Made came up with some great places to visit including a wonderful temple, a coffee plantation visitors centre and shop where we had a tasting and bought Luwak coffee. He took us to an amazing restaurant for lunch where we had some of the best food we'd had in our whole 7 week trip. I couldn't recommend this service enough.

On time pick-up. Driven us safely (in a nice clean car ) around spots that we chose to visit. Made' is very fluent in English, is very conversational and engaging and gave us basic facts about the areas visited. Took our pictures as well. Since it was raining, even brought us umbrellas. Great customer service!

I contact Midi Arsana in response to a Google search. He helped us plan the most perfect day visiting Ulluwatu Temple. The driver they sent was very courteous and helpful.

The cherry on our NYE trip to Bali was to have Madi as our tour guide.Punctual professional knowledgeable and above all genuine. He took us to a coffee plantation where we got to savour 10 + variations, the monkey forest , the Cretya restaurant overlooking the rice fields and lastly a mask factory.Charming company and we felt protected all times in very sturdy clean modern SUV. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

At the beginning I did not have a clear idea of plan but the driver (Wayan is his name) quickly gave me ideas and suggestions where to go and which route to choose. Thanks to his skills, I had very scenic drive along Batur and Agung area, having lunch at the restaurant with very good view, and then visited the sacred Besakih Temple. In the end, I had a good day filled with the encounter to the lots of good sceneries of Bali.
