Just before we were due to board the ship (after a 3 hr bus ride from Ha Noi) we were informed that, due to weather, the full cruise experience would not be possible. We were offered a refund or the chance to go on a 3hr cruise for half the fees, with no overnight accomodations. While I was trying to understand the terms and how to recover the vacation day with my family, the travel agency's customer service rep decided I was too problematic and decided I could only take the full refund option. Then he barred us from boarding the boat.
It is a huge stretch of the truth to call this a 2 day cruise. We were on the boat for less than 24 hours, and spent a lot of time waiting. Organisation could be much better. While the crew was good the boat was not outstanding. The air condition was not effective. Sometimes it didn’t work at all. The food was average. The meat dishes were tough and some of it couldn’t be eaten. Disappointing, and nothing like as advertised.

You said: you're not visited Bai Tu Long bay & want to full refunds. 3. We've sent all information of this cruise & itinerary in Bai Tu Long before going & you're clear that. 4. You did not mention anything about services when we chatted yesterday as your content in this reviews. We're keeping your feedbacks at the cruise that you rate us excellent... Please deeply understand that we do business in tourism hospitality, we don't sell the troubles. And this is the truth story: Actually, you've booked & paid for 2 different cruise trip with 2 different company: one with us & one with Renea cruises. We deeply understand that you want to take money back, but it's not fair. Our team: sales, tour operator, tour guide, staff, driver...tried our best to bring you the best thing in Bai Tu Long bay with luxury services... The Bay was is very well worth a World Heritage Site. The Ship was a beautifully appointed three decker, Cabins are ample, comfortable and have excellent ensuite shower rooms. Sundeck are extensive and immaculately clean. Staff were nevertheless invariably smiling, helpful and eager to please!
The staff was friendly, the room was very good, clean & superb comfortable, very good air-conditioning at the night time. Bathroom was very good with hot shower & view to the sea. The kayaking segment was novel and enjoyable.
