We had a most enjoyable day with perfect weather. We ascended on an 18 minute cable car ride up through the clouds. It was spectacular. Mr. Phuong picked us up at the port. The company had reached out prior to arrival, and they sent us a picture of where to go when we exited the boat, a picture of the vehicle with its license number, and a picture of Mr. Phuong. They were there when the boat docked, and Mr. Phuong and the driver were patient as it took us 45 minutes to disembark. Mr. Phuong provided commentary about Da Nang and he even shared a photo of his beautiful family. Once at the park/bridge, he guided us to the most photogenic spots and took pictures of the three of us. Then we had some free time to explore on our own. It was a wonderful experience, and we felt as if we were walking in the clouds. We returned to earth via different cable car line to see other views of the trees, and then we went to lunch by a lagoon where we had a local meal that included fish fresh from the ocean. We could have spent more time in the park, but unfortunately we needed to be back before the boat left!
