Rick was such a fun tour guide! I was fortunate enough to have him as a tour guide and learn so much about art deco & how much architecture has been preserved throughout Miami Beach. I have a new perspective of this city & it’s all thanks to wonderful guides like Rick. I truly feel he’s a gem & the neon lights are just the cherry on top! The tour was walkable & easy. I never felt rushed & being that it’s summer, Rick considered breaks to cool off and use the restroom. If you’re in town & would like a relaxing evening, book this tour!

Great tour. Damien is an amazing tour guide. Lots of interesting pieces of information, pictures and a good sense of humor. I extremely recommend this experience. In Miami Beach, light in the dark is magic.

It was one of the best things we did in Miami. Damian was an absolute legend, insanely knowledgeable, but also entertaining the whole way through. You can tell he genuinely lives and breathes the history of South Beach. The neon at night is unreal, and the way he explains the architecture makes you see the whole area differently. It wasn’t just “look at this building”, it was like walking through a film set with the backstory unlocked. If you’re in Miami Beach and want something memorable (and not just another touristy thing), do this tour. Worth every cent.

This was an excellent tour, and I recommend it highly. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his subject matter, and we learned an enormous amount about Miami's South Beach area, with the major focus being on the Art Deco structures. We examined many different buildings, including some where we went inside and one where we went to the rooftop. I enjoyed every minute of this tour.

Damian brought the architecture to life with great stories and sharp observations. His tablet visuals added depth, especially the moment he revealed how a 1930s jukebox quietly shaped an Ocean Drive building.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable in the history of the area. Not one question he couldn’t answer. It was a perfect pace. It gave me whole new respect for architecture and opened my eyes to other counterfeit art deco. Other than the miami weather, I would give it 100/100.

It was a small group of four, but the energy was big! Touring with Damian in September (off-season) was ideal. He offered engaging stories about Miami’s architecture, industrial design, city design, and hidden gems. Definitely a must for all travelers or anyone looking for a rich, intellectual experience!
