10/10 experience – Highly recommend! The tour to Auschwitz today was absolutely worth it. A special thanks to our driver who was extremely nice and punctual. He clearly explained all the details about where and when to meet, and even walked us right to our guide so we wouldn't get lost. Perfect service!

Our experience with this company was fantastic from beginning to end. From point of booking the communication was perfect. They planned every step very well. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel by driver, Peter, who was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. He drove very safely and transporter was clean and comfortable. Our guide Magda was very professional also and the tour was fascinating although very sad. Lots of walking involved on dirt road so be sure to wear appropriate footwear! I would highly recommend this company for your excursion.

This was a moving experience that will stay with us all our lives. Our driver, Stas, was friendly, informative and courteous. The tour was organised, respectful and dignified, and our guide knew everything about Auschwitz, as his grandfather was a victim. Highly recommended.

The price was really reasonable. There was an option to add lunch, but we didn't take that up. ​Our driver, Tomek, was very friendly and pointed out a lot of interesting places during the drive. The tour itself was very interesting and very sad, but a must-do if you are visiting Krakow. The whole day was really well-paced, and we learned a lot. ​I would say if you struggle with walking, please keep that in mind—there is uneven ground, and it can be quite difficult. However, for the two of us, it was completely fine. ​The company was great at keeping us updated before we went. They pre-warned us to wear appropriate clothing and gave us a heads-up about the walking involved. ​We went during the peak summer season, so it was busy, but the tour was well-spaced out. We had no issues hearing or seeing everything. You get a small headset, and your guide uses a microphone, which is super helpful! Just make sure not to wander too far from your guide, or the audio connection gets a bit spotty. The timings were really good. But if you want to read some of the signs in the site do take photos of them as it may be hard to concentrate when listening to the guide. ​Thank you for a very interesting and impactful day.

Amazing experience with Lukas and our guide. They managed the whole tour perfectly. Lukas picked us up at the agreeded time and he was very nice with us during the journey. The guide was able to give the tour in a complete and respectful way, and was available for all questions. Would definetly recommend.

This was excellent! Very organised and really good value for money. As soon as we booked our trip, we received a whatsapp with all the preparation and information you need to know. They will keep in touch and let you know timings on when they are due to collect you, from your hotel. On the day, our driver Jakub, turned up exactly on time. He was superb! Very friendly, approachable and did not hesitate to answer questioned we asked. Also made us aware of some other great spots to try in Krakow, which we will be giving a go. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made an already truly breathtaking experience that even more memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend Touristico as they made the whole process so easy. The dedicated driver was extremely convenient to reach and come back from Auschwitz. Jakub was very kind and professional. We had problems understanding the guide once on the place but luckily we were already quite knowledgeable about the topic. Overall it has been a good experience for a great price.

A must tour company to go with, picking you up from your hotel. Sad but very insightful and respectful. The tour was a good price to others, good communication, so friendly and welcoming. The whole tour was around 6.5/7 hours from pick up to drop off and Daniel was the happiest and most friendly tour guide/driver in Poland 😊.
