リヴィエラマヤの素晴らしいアドベンチャー体験：ATV、ZIPLINING、MAYAN CENOTE

This is an industrial scale excursion. Our pick up at the resort was on the time and the driver was great. Fantastic tunes while we headed to the site. Unfortunately, that was one of the best things about the excursion. Once you arrive, you are herded around like Disney World including the gift shop and upselling of everything on site. Of course that includes a photo package. Each group has a guide and ours was Alan and he was great. That said, I have been on many zipline, ATV, and cenote tours before. This is large scale. The cenote part was fine but the cenote was quite small and heavily used so the water was not very clear. It was still a lot of fun. The tequila tasting segment was interesting and enjoyable. The ATV aspect was not very good. We travelled the same section of a pathway several times and at very low speeds. Experienced ATV drivers will be greatly disappointed but it will be enjoyable for novice drivers. The ziplines were very short but fun for most. The final part was a couple of tacos which were quite good. You could order other items as well. A quick Mayan show was also included. One other point is the heavy push on tipping including we don’t get paid except tips. I have no problem tipping but the push here is pretty off putting. Overall I would prefer a much smaller scale experience versus this kind of large scale assembly line operation, it was well organized.

This was a great experience! So much fun! And I'm speaking as an introvert. You get the proper training for safety in order to fully enjoy each excursion. I tried the ATV, Zip-lining and Cenote and had a blast! I wish I had a Go Pro...that would have made for some awesome footage! Lunch was pretty good too! Staff was friendly and engaging. I wish though, that the pictures/videos they take can be made available to purchase, even at a later date. I'm hopeful! I'll inquire...

The total tkme was 8 hours as opppsed to the 4 claimed! Being at Jungle Kingdom was 5 hours alone- most of that was waiting around in the hot sun waiting for the next activity. It was clear they overbooked to get our money with limited staff and resources to accommodate the people there. Some activities couldn't be done, you were being rushed due to the time or the time was limited of what to do. Never again!

Poncho was amazing!! All the activities were great, especially the ATV part. Only negative- no service out there, prices for pictures are extremely high (but well worth it in quality) and also overcharged for them. Was told a certain amount. Notification from bank was $20 more than everybody discussed! Other 3 groups with us also got overcharged extra $20 while discussing the price

It was super fun . I booked it for 6 teenagers (16-18) they were super happy by the end of the tour . They experienced everything that was listed on the description. The guide was super nice and fun They had a really good time . We will totally do it again. .

It was such a great experience, we wish the zip lining had a longer distance and wish the height was higher. Great tutor guy (Eric), he made sure we were safe. The photographer energized us with her music and we danced most of the time. Thank you for such an awesome experience. 👌🏾

You were unable to pick up our family for our tour and didn’t find that out until we were waiting in front of hotel & called you. And Our charge of $286.96 still has not been refunded. Please advise

If I could leave no stars I would. This was a terrible excursion. First my driver was late and then stop responding to me for a while I had to go outside my hotel and search for him. Then when we got the the location they locked our phones in lockers so we have no pictures to show the things that we did do. The very end they allowed us to get our phones only to steal my sisters phone. They turned off the wifi so we couldn’t locate her phone. They then proceeded to curse us out and tell us to leave. This was by far the worst experience my sister was left with no phone in Mexico for the rest of vaca. If you book be safe and keep your belongings

Remy was an amazing tour guide! Smam in narrow cenote, then atv to second cenote with two ziplines that let you drop in the water. After you atv back and zipline 2 more ropes. Overall great experience for the price!

Super fun seriously. ATV, Diving into the water and zip lining into the water as well. I would highly recommend this excursion.
