Excellent communication from arrival. The agent contacted me as soon as we arrived and led us to our transport. Even though I booked a shared ride, in both journeys to and from the airport we were the only travelers. Return ride was easy to confirm via web and WhatsApp messaged. Yamevi made my transfers stress-free and a at a reasonable price.

The communication wasn’t great, we stood in the heat for an hour because they were confused about the terminals and our ride.

I booked round trip transportation from the Cancun airport. Getting to my hotel was fine but on my return 4 days later I was told my 10:30am flight was too early for pickup. The transportation company said I’d have to book a private transport thru them because their shuttles didn’t start until 8am. It cost me an additional $45 for the trip BACK to the airport. This was NEVER mentioned when I initially booked. YAMEVI travel is the company Viator used. Steer clear because I truly felt I got hustled. I plan to contact Viator directly and ask for 1/2 my money back as Inonly got 1/3 of what I paid for.

Our shared shuttle services operate on a set daily schedule that begins at 8:00 AM. Because airlines require passengers to be at the airport up to 3 hours before an international flight, an 8:00 AM pickup would not have allowed you enough time to safely board your 10:30 AM flight. For this reason, an earlier, private transfer was the only safe option we could offer to ensure you didn't miss your departure. However, I completely understand your disappointment and frustration that these operational hours were not clearly brought to your attention when you initially booked through Viator. It is never our intention to make our guests feel misled or "hustled." We are taking your feedback very seriously and are currently working to update our Viator listing to ensure that the shared shuttle operating hours are explicitly clear to all future travelers before they book. Moisés was amazing and keep communicating witn us once we landed. Victor our driver was amazing, so kind and keep informing us of things todo as we drove to the hotel.
I will NEVER use this company again, they do not communicate well at all. I asked for a certain pick up time and they completely disregarded it. I called several numbers to try to fix this issue and no answer. The driver was also very reckless and tried to run another driver off the road. I will never recommend this company.
I had a reservation for 3 pm and arrived to Viator rrp at 2:40 pm. It was 3:45 pm before We were in the van to ride to Our resort. Very disappointed ☹️
Great fare, very prompt pickup and excellent communication. Drivers were courteous and safe driving skills.
I paid for round trip prior to my vacation. I called to book my return trip and they charged me an additional amount stating I was outside of the zone and my hotel was an hour away. So I paid so I could guarantee transportation back to the airport. It took me a total of 20 minutes to get to the airport from my hotel. Whoever I spoke with lied to me about the amount of time, it took to get to the airport from the hotel and up charge me which was unfortunate because the drivers themselves were really nice.
We were met by Cindy Yamevi who kept communication at all times. She was already waiting for us and guided us with our driver. Beyond friendly and so humble. This was the smoothest pickup 5/12/26 and I will use this excellent company again & again.
