We had such an amazing experience with Suarez! From the moment we met him, he was incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming. His driving was extremely safe and comfortable, which made us feel completely at ease throughout the activity. He genuinely went above and beyond to help us and made sure we were safe and comfortable at all times. What made the experience even more special was how knowledgeable Suarez was about the city. He guided us around, showed us different places and explained so much about the local culture and way of life, which made the experience feel much more personal and meaningful. Even when it got cold, he made sure we were warm and looked after. Suarez is such a bubbly, positive and genuinely lovely person. He really made the experience unforgettable. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone, and if you’re able to request Suarez, definitely try to get him! You won’t regret it. 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the only way to see the sunrise at Mt Batur. Forget about taking the jeep or walking up. The ATV is soooo much fun and we had a dedicated area away from the crazy amount of jeeps. It was like our own private area. The staff is really accommodating and even helped us take photographs (and they went above and beyond) to ensure we had the best photos. Ode which was our driver from our accomodation in Ubud is a really great person. He brought us to a Luwak/Civet coffee plantation on the way home and we even got to pat a few Luwak. One of our family member wanted local fruits and Ode went out of his way to ensure we would be able to get some. He even helped translate with the store owner. If you are in Bali or planning to come to Bali, this is a must see tour/activity. Word of advice though, bring a jacket, gloves and maybe a beanie. I am quite sure the weather was in the low 10s when we got there, all the way up to the mountain and back. Well worth the 3am pickup time.

Forget all other ways to see the sunrises from Mount Batur. This activity has fun and an amazing view all wrapped into one. We were away from all the other jeeps (and there was tons of them) and had our own little area to ourselves to watch the sunrise. The staff helped us take tons of amazing photos (they are seriously skilled photographers and went above and beyond to get the perfect picture for us) on our phones or cameras. Special mention goes to Ode who picked us up from our accomodation in Ubud. Ode then brought us to the Luwak coffee plantation on the way back to our villa where we got to actually pet a Luwak/Civet. Ode also accommodated us when we wanted to stop to get some local fruits and even helped us translate with the store owner. All in all just an amazing tour/activity with the nicest guides you will ever meet. Just remember to bring a warm jacket, gloves and maybe a beanie. It’s really cold up there (i reckon it was in the low 10s in Celsius).

Great fun experience, worth the early wake up! The simple breakfast was tasty and the guides helped take pictures, if riding tandem (2 people) you feel safer as the driver then as a passenger. Our driver Resia was very accommodating.

I booked the ATV sunrise and hot springs package as a solo travel. My driver picked me up at my hotel at 3 am. This activity recently opened In Bali. Usually, the jeep was the only option but now we can drive ATV up mount Batur and see the sunrise. Driving an ATV is more exciting and way more enjoyable than just sitting in a jeep. The drive to mount Batur from the ATV place is roughly 1 hours and totally worth it. The ATV place will provide ATV, water, helmet, elbow, and knee pads, and a guide to lead the group to and from mount Batur. The guide will also help take pictures. The breakfast the top of mount Batur also taste better with a breathtaking view. The breakfast includes 2 small sandwiches, a candy bar, an egg, and a choice of drinks. I suggest that you dress warm because early morning in mount Batur area is cold and the cold wind blowing against your body while driving ATV is shriveling. I also suggest that you book a combo for mount Batur sunrise, Black Sands Adventure,and hot springs package. On a personal note, Donny is my guide and driver on this trip is absolutely stellar. He speaks good English, funny, knows a lot about the area and most activities in Bali, and a great driver.
