I messaged the provider 7 days before my tour to ask what the pickup time was. They didn't message me back until the night before my tour, after I had already gone to sleep (jet lag). Because I didn't know the accurate pickup time, I missed the tour.

Don’t book within 24 hours. So many mistakes were made by the tour company Adreneline Tours. I have a long chain of rude texts from them.

It was great our tour guide Julio was awesome and very patient. Explained everything to us and provided his expertise and cultural. Only wish the atv ride was a little longer especially for the guys in our group. The cenote was beautiful and the Mayan ritual was amazing to watch and be included in.
Amazing trip, lots for everyone to do. Zip wires need a head for heights..climbing the stairs was an activity itself. Tip: bring your own water shoe, face mask for bikes (dust) and cream mosquito cream not spray. We were bitten alive. You will pay 40 us dollars per person for conservation. Family of four in pesos 3060. Cenotes were brilliant 👏
A great experience, amazing views and enjoyable activities. We were very lucky to find these activities where we could have a very good time
