I booked ATV tour with shared option. The guide was riding the whole way and I was on the back on a single sitted ATV. They tried to sell me the single rider option with an additional USD 35 which I didn't want. The guide (Daniel Flo) was riding very fast for no reasons and was going to very vlose to the ATV in front of us. There was no room for me to sit on the cushioned place, so I was on the metal part most of the time. Also, there was not any suitable options to hold on to something . It was scary. During feedback session, I asked them to make sure they have two deated ATV for thise who choose shatef options. Also, it feels like tbey try to sell stuff and ssk for tips a lot when they should be focusing on to provide the service people are paying for. Management needs to working on it before any share rider gets hurt and take legal action against the. My lower back is hurting becsuse Daniel Flo put me in a single seated ATV with two people on it. It was the worst experience I had during my stay in Cancun.

We have ATV, zip line and cenotes activities but no horseback rides. ATV and zip line were fun and great. Except the cenotes was terrible. It’s on the same area but with artificial filled, shallow water. Filled up oil on the surface. I refused to swim there. Staff were very friendly but try to sell you everything even though you don’t really need it. Better pay cash. Credit cards ending up extra 10% charge. Don’t know why. We ended up finishing early but have to wait for the driver coming back cause he has another round pick up. We leave our hotel at 7:50 and back at 2:30pm good for half day excursions.

The absolute best experience ever I would 100% come back again my groups tour guide was Danny flow he made it so much fun with such high energy had the whole group interacting with each-other

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing experience at Mayan Jungle Rush! From start to finish, we had such a great time. The ATV ride was one of the highlights—it was so much fun riding through the jungle. The zip lines were exciting, the cenote was beautiful and refreshing, and the horseback riding was a wonderful addition to the experience. The staff and guides were friendly, energetic, and attentive. They made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable throughout all the activities. Everything was well organized, and the experience offered a perfect mix of adventure, nature, and fun. They also have a shop where you can purchase souvenirs and other items. The prices were a little on the expensive side, but honestly, that’s understandable considering you’re in the middle of the jungle. It’s also convenient to have everything available there, especially if you need something at the last minute. **A few tips for anyone going:** Bring bug spray, wear shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty or wet, and bring regular sunglasses. You’ll definitely be spending time in the jungle, so come prepared! Overall, we had an unforgettable day and would definitely recommend Mayan Jungle Rush to anyone visiting the Cancun or Puerto Morelos area. 🌴🏍️🐎💦

DISSAPOINTED!! We have been to different mayan jungles rush locations and this one was not it!! the cenote was the most upsetting we were looking forward to it and we were not happy..the share ride to the location was horrible. and we waited too long to get picked back up our activities were super rushed!

This experience was AMAZING !! The tour guide Roro was great. I’d definitely be prepared to get a little dirty if you’re doing ATV. Over all the experience was a 10/10

tour guide Danny and his coworkers was very nice. The cenote was disappointing , ive been to much better ones. our shared transportation was over an hour late which was very upsetting. wont do it again or reccomend it

Had a great time, I went solo and had a blast. Guides were very informative and kind. I would definitely recommend and do again.
