I had sooo much fun! The crew was on top of their game!! Vibes 100%%%

I booked an excursion but was told by drivers that we weren’t on any of the excursions during pickups. I contacted my rep and he got a driver there but we were picked up and missed half of the cave experience due to their confusion. We were actually also dropped off with the wrong group because we were supposed to do Dunn’s Hills & Margaritaville but the group we went didn’t have those on the itenirary. Overall we ended up stop having a good time and enjoying ourselves after the initial disappointment. The host Sam was the best and I hope to see her again when we visit next year! She’s probably the reason I’d even consider booking another excursion.

I had a great time during this tour. The staff were pleasant, full of humor and everything was done in order and in a timely fashion. Wished the catamaran cruise was longer.

Got married August 29th. Visited September 3rd to September 10th. Celebrated our Honeymoon. Had an amazing time.

1st time driving an ATV and riding a horse. Felt safe and supported the guides were there at every turn. Great day, would definitely recommend 👍🏻

The ATV experience was my favourite, lasted a decent amount of time and the scenery was beautiful. The horse riding for me was ruined by an impatient and unkind, customer service generally isn’t regarded highly in some places and I know that but I found Lincoln particularly unprofessional and mean. I rode the horse for the first time during the excursion and when I got nervous about entering the water, he got me off the horse immediately and refused my request to try again. He made it clear that he didn’t have time for nervous people and his words exactly - “me nah have time for any of that, come up off me horse” If I return to Jamaica I will use a different company that can afford a bit more time in between groups.
