Probably the biggest tourist trap in Jamaica. Don’t get me the falls are beautiful but the business they have set up there is specifically designed to rip off tourists. They charge anyone without a residency 25 US dollars to enter and charge the locals literally a couple of dollars. From the moment you enter you are hounded by everyone and then eventually end up being forced into a group tour which I now know isn’t actually required, you can go up on your own. In this group there is a photographer that you have no choice about who says he will take photos for 40 US dollars on his phone. The group is so big that it’s probably actually more dangerous than just going alone as they don’t care for your safety at all. I slipped on a rock and smashed my head hard at the end and all the guide was interested in was how much money I needed to give him for doing his job ?! Then to add insult to injury the photographer that we didn’t ask for or want also insisted on money and was rude when we basically told him to get lost. Neither of them offered first aid. Due to my fall I’d actually slightly lost vision in one of my eyes and had an egg sized lump on my forehead we trying to leave to get out and potentially go to hospital and security we’re trying to force us through the scammy flea market of which we outright refused and was luckily backed by a local Jamaican saying I needed to leave urgently to get help, they reluctantly let me leave through the entrance. As I’ve said the falls are beautiful but it’s just a shame they are running such a horrible scam around it all. Will never be returning and highly recommend to anyone considering not to go.

Great excursion, Lenroy was good company and talk on the journeys. Offered to take us to souvenir shops, get local food and makes you feel comfortable. Tour guides also at Dunns River and Blue Hole are very helpful and welcoming. Jerome & Kealey

Well organised trip with collection from our hotel. Dunns river falls was challenging but the guides were excellent. We had a lot of fun!

Great value an both great tours, very convinient, not as pushy for tips as other reviews suggest, tipped around 10-15$ and they where very greatfull

We climbed the falls which was amazing, Ramoy the photographer was great and captured some really nice memories of my son and I. Dunns river was an exceptional experience but when we got the blue hole we were amazed, it was beautiful, we had a wonderful guide that was giving us facts about Jamaica, he was great. The water was clear blue, there were platforms to jump off and a rope swing, my 14yr old son was in his element. I’m so glad I bought the combo excursion as blue hole is a must in my opinion. Thank you for an amazing time!

Blue Hole Falls is a must Visit when in Ocho Rios. Very beautiful with much smaller crowds than Dunns. A few places to actually DIVE in as well. Easy navigation, as I'm 64 and loved it!
