If I could leave 0 stars I would. I found this place on Groupon and did my due diligence read all details, then called the company directly to confirm I could buy on Groupon and book same day. The worker confirmed, telling me not to book online and that it would be fine. On 7/16, I purchased my Groupon, left my hotel, and headed to the meetup spot listed on the Groupon (Lincoln Road, Miami). When I arrived, I messaged them on WhatsApp to say I was there and a little lost, trying to confirm where to go. Instead of receiving basic customer service, the worker replied: “You obviously don’t follow instructions.” and continued to be rude, dismissive, and nasty, telling me the address I was given was for employees only. He then ended the conversation with: “Sounds like you’re having a great time in my city, good luck getting your money back.” Excuse me??? This place lacks professionalism, communication, and basic respect for paying customers. I followed the instructions on their own Groupon listing and tried to clarify when I arrived, only to be met with attitude and sarcasm. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind, I do not recommend this company. It’s giving scam vibes and Miami hustle energy with no accountability.
