Overpriced and mismanaged. You can directly go to these places in a cab and pay there. Instead of going with these guys and pay
Absolutely overpriced and mismanaged trip. First they told us the pick up is at 8am. Then when no one came to pick us up I called them no one picked up. Then they finally responded on text and told us our pick up is between 8:30- 8:50. And I need to be ready at the lobby throughout. By 8:55 they finally came.
We reached the hot springs and we were charged 600(for the hot springs and the emerald pool) as we got down. Basically the entire amount we paid them earlier was for them to bring us to the hot springs and emerald pool. We could have taken a taxi for 1/10 the the price and would have been more comfortable too. Then they rushed us out of the pool and we didn't even get to see the other parts of the pool except the fist entry pools. We went to the emerald pool after this and had a buffet lunch thereafter which was ok. We were taken to the ATV place but our ATV trip was stopped after 25 mins. I told them we had a 40 min tour. But they insisted that it is 30 mins and including the briefing that will be 25mins. I had screenshot of the tour saying 40 mins and after a long time arguing with them, they refunded the difference.
Overall it was a terrible experience. We felt cheated and wasted the day and our money.

It looks like you might have missed those details, and we understand your disappointment about the National Park. However, it was clearly mentioned in all the booking information.

Emerald pool, ATV and hot springs.
The hot springs were great. Well managed. Emerald pool was carnage way too busy too many people. Slippery to try and access. Long walk to the pool itself. ATV was excellent we all thought this was the best part of the day.

Our pick up was 40 mins...
Our pick up was 40 mins late, so we felt that the trip was very rushed, especially at the hot springs, we were delayed by traffic ( no ones fault) on the way to the ATV's, so we were the last ones there & only had 25 mins on them. As usual all the staff were very pleasant. Not as good quality trip we have had with 'Viator' in the past. We will however be booking again with you in the next few weeks when at Khao lak.. We did feel rushed all day..

Fun day out
The tour was a fun day out with walks to the hot springs and Emarald pool with the quad bikes at the end to finish a good day out.

Family trip to hot spring and Emerald pool and ATV
Hotspring and Emerald pool is a good experience. ATV ride was nice but some of the vehicles breakdown during the excursion, and need time to change ..so it be good if this taken care of.. so it be a smooth ride
