The ATV service was not provided as reasonably expected. The driver Harry arrived more than 30 minutes late, which caused a significant delay and negatively affected the experience. Additionally, the driver’s behavior and appearance were extremely unprofessional. Based on his conduct, I had serious concerns that he appeared to be under the influence of drugs or another substance. This created a serious safety concern and made me uncomfortable proceeding with the activity. Because this was an ATV activity involving transportation and operating vehicles, I believe the driver’s condition and conduct raised legitimate safety concerns. I did not feel that the service was being provided in a safe or professional manner.

They never showed up. They never called or text to let us know. They left several people out here waiting. When asking other companies if this is common kind of service…they just shock their heads and said that is what they do.

Great tour even going solo. The tour guide Gianni was amazing and provided knowledgeable random Vegas facts during the commute. Highly recommend!

Great outdoor activity for a short stay in Vegas. The tour guide (Harry) was very accommodating and informative.

While the location itself did not meet our expectations, the overall experience was made significantly worse by the guide's behavior. The guide appeared impatient and rushed us throughout the entire tour, leaving little opportunity to fully enjoy the experience or participate comfortably in the activity. Another concern was that all waivers and required documents were signed at the pickup location before we had even seen the vehicle, visited the site, or had an opportunity to perform the trial operation. This left us with little ability to make an informed decision before committing to the activity. Despite paying the full amount, we were unable to complete the activity as intended due to the guide's lack of patience and constant pressure to move quickly. As a result, we effectively lost 100% of the amount we paid and were left waiting in extreme heat of approximately 115°F while the rest of the group completed the activity and returned to the base. What should have been an enjoyable and memorable experience turned into a frustrating and disappointing ordeal. The combination of the guide's attitude, the rushed environment, and the inability to fully participate made this a very poor experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this tour for first-timers or beginners, based on our experience.
