good day out long journey to get there but get ripped off with the picture’s one couple charged $70.00 and some $50.00
Avoid this company and Viator! They never state pickup times anywhere in their ad. The driver showed up 2.5 hours before our 12 PM excursion with no prior notice — just a message at 8:30 AM saying pickup was at 9:30. When I explained we weren’t ready (we booked 12 PM so we wouldn’t have to be up early), they were rude, refused to wait, and said “no refunds” before leaving. I asked both the tour operator and Viator to show me where it says pickups can happen nearly three hours early — they couldn’t. Viator promised a follow-up that never happened, and only responded after I filed a credit card dispute — siding with the operator instead of the customer. I’ve used Viator all over the world, but this experience was awful. Viator protects scammy tour operators, not travelers. The company in Cancun was unprofessional, rude, and offered to rebook only if we paid 50% more. I lost money for six people. Deleting my Viator account. Never again.
Dear Adele: The pick up was given in the schedule hire not before or after , you wanted another schedule than the schedule hire. We offer a reschedule with a fee because you advice that you wanted to change the time with 20 minutes prior the pick up
This was my second time on this tour and by far the worst experience ever. They only catered to the Spanish speaking people and spilt our group that we originally came with. Paid for single atv's and ending up still having to share I'm not sure if is the new management or what but i do not recommend don't waste your money if I could've gotten a refund and paid my own uber back i would've
We are sorry you felt this way , as you can see in the title it was a shared Atv drive not single , we didn’t separate the group you were you were together all the time the3 people of your group.
