**ハーツフィールド・ジャクソン空港 国内線 : 空港の低層階でお迎えいたします。 ゲストが手荷物受取所から荷物を回収したら、運転手に知らせてエスカレーターに向かって進み、下の階へアクセスします。 下へ降りると、ゲストは外の縁石脇のピックアップエリアに向かい、ドライバーがピックアップします。 **メイナード・ジャクソン国際ターミナル 国際線：地上交通旅客縁石ピックアップにてお迎えいたします。 ゲストが荷物を回収したら、ドライバーに通知します。 ゲストは到着ロビーに進み、到着ロビーのドアから出てください。 地上交通の旅客縁石ピックアップに向かい、A2旅客ピックアップまたはA3旅客ピックアップのいずれかで集合。

The gentleman was great- best customer service ever, AND the van was top notch- clean and plenty of room for our large traveling group! I would recommend the service to everyone traveling to Atlanta!
Our driver was Jeffrey and he was amazing. He communicated with us and was even able to accommodate an earlier pickup for our group of 12.
Our driver was so nice and professional. He was on time to pick us up and kept open communication with us on his pickup timing. He offered us water and snacks and drove safe with precautions.
The cultural connection to the driver. The driver had water to offer his riders. He made us feel comfortable. He was on time. Helped with our bags.
Ron was helpful and wonderful. He kept in communication with me and was able to adjust when our flight was delayed and our arrival time changed.
We never got our shuttle. We called and did jot offer a solution. There were 12 of us stuck at the airport
Unfortunately this was a communication breakdown with Viator email notifications. Sadly we never received any notifications or alerts of your airports trip. Very sorry on the neglect, believe us when we say “we don’t leave our clients stranded period.” Definitely give us a call to discuss the issue and what we can be done to resolve it.
Everything went smooth, communication was great, vehicle was clean, driving with safe, and we have no complaints. Way to go!
Our band and crew needed quick and quality transportation from ATL to our show and after show events. The service was on time and fantastic. Extra help at the airport with 30 bags and we got everything done on time and with a smile. Our driver Ms. Lucille was wonderful and even stayed on an extra hour so we could finish dinner. Highly recommended and will use again when in Atlanta.
