The driver was late and told me she was sleeping had we not called to wake he up we would have had to fins another way to get to the airport for our family of five. Once she found us, she was very polite and attentive. I think it is imperative to be on time when you need to get to the airport.
Dear Warren, Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Please allow us to clarify that your driver, was delayed by 8 minutes due to exceptionally heavy traffic in Piraeus caused by the simultaneous arrival of two large cruise ships. Unfortunately, this resulted in significant congestion around the port area. We understand how frustrating delays can be, especially after a long journey, and we are truly sorry for the impact it had on your experience. We can also confirm that your driver was fully alert and did not fall asleep at any point. However, we do regret any communication difficulties you encountered. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve our service.
