Wonderful over seas experience
Wonderful! It’s always so nerve racking landing in another country and needing a ride between airport and ports. They were on time and accommodating to our needs. Thank you for making this easy. Even standing with a sign with our name. Messaged me on what’s app to say they were there!

Great transportation to the port!
Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we arrived. Had to walk a ways to get to the mini van in the parking lot.
事業者からの返答
Thank you very much for your review, Winston! We’re delighted to hear that your driver was waiting for you upon arrival and that you had a smooth transfer to Piraeus Port. We also appreciate your comment regarding the walk to the minivan. Airport parking and pickup regulations can sometimes require vehicles to be parked at designated areas, but we understand that after a flight, convenience is especially important. Thank you for choosing Key Tours, and we hope you had a fantastic cruise! Kind regards, The Key Tours Team

Customer Service (lack of)
Check your date. I was flying on the 12th but didn’t get there until the 13th. By the time I realized this it was actually 12 hours before the erroneous scheduled pickup. They gave no refund or offered anything for this simple mistake even though there was plenty of time to reschedule the driver. And to add insult to injury, didn’t even allow me to schedule on the 13th. So I went with Airports Taxi who did just fine and was less cost. Viator needs to think about their customer service and meet people half way when errors happen. I’m guessing this type of mistake happens a lot and they make money because of it.

Athens airport to Piraeus cruise port
Anastasias met us at the airport and walked us to his Mercedes van. We travelled from Athens airport to the Piraeus cruise port. My husband travels with a wheelchair and Anastasias was so calm, helpful and caring. He told us about Athens and pointed out interesting facts. It was a relaxing introduction to the city and surrounding areas.
