My tour guide booked this class for my tour and what a wonderful experience it was! Agnes showed us how to make apple strudel and pretzels and then afterwards cooked us a lovely dinner. Her and her assistant were so kind and helpful and the class made strudel seem less intimidating and not scary at all! I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Salzburg and Agnes is such a ray of sunshine and genuinely wants you to have a good experience in her class.

What an amazing experience we had with Agnes! She has the most beautiful space in Salzburg, it overlooks the Mozart bridge. And we learned to make Apple Strudel, in this beautiful space with her , she gives step by step instruction and shows you tricks and makes it fun! My husband and I enjoyed the experience immensely and would suggest it for anyone whom loves to cook/bake or even a kitchen novice , as Agnes is patient and friendly and really is great instructor. This was the cherry on top of our trip to Salzburg, or shall I say apple !

Exceptional workshop with Agnes. We were very lucky to have a private workshop in May, and loved speaking with & learning from this wonderful lady! The techniques were taught expertly, and we felt we were in safe hands. We even made Viennese cookies which was a lovely touch. At the end, we very much enjoyed eating our tasty creation with some ice cream & a drink. The recipes were also shared for us to try at home. 5* experience, and if we’re in Vienna again, we will definitely revisit Agnes! With love from Wales. H & D xx

The group that had booked for the same timeslot as us had a delay, so we had the delightful experience of having Agnes's full attention! After watching the Apfelstrudel show at Schönbrunn Palace, we were intimidated. Agnes really simplified the process and made this such a cozy baking experience. We even had enough time to make Almond cookies - she answered all our questions, we talked substitutes and American equivalents. Making the pastry on a small kitchen table helped make it so accessible - we enjoy making her recipe at home!

This was phenomenal!! Agnes taught us everything we needed to know to make awesome crispy Apple strudel! Don’t eat another “soupy” strudel in a restaurant. She taught us all of the secrets on how to make the strudel delicious and tasty! My wife and I really enjoyed the love that Agnes puts into her cooking. We would rate this a 10 out 5 stars if we could.

This apple strudel baking class was an amazing experience! Agnes was so kind and taught us the magic of creating apple strudel and the perfect dough. The baking studio was bright, clean and inviting. We had a quick walk over to Schonbrunn palace after to eat more of our strudel. So much fun, I would definitely recommend investing in this experience!!

I came across this course thanks to a video on Instagram, where Agnes was rolling strudel in a way I had never seen before back home (in the Czechia we also do strudels), and I wanted to try it and learn how to do it myself. The lesson was wonderful, I felt very comfortable and relaxed, I got to try everything myself, and I received lots of interesting advice and tips. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna! You won’t find a better souvenir! 🫶

I had such a wonderful experience learning how to make apple strudel. The host was absolutely five stars, so lovely, warm, and kind throughout the entire session. Agnes made everything feel easy and enjoyable, even for someone with little baking experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the instructions were clear and hands-on, which made the process really fun. By the end, I felt genuinely proud of what I had made and it tasted amazing too! This experience has definitely inspired me to try making apple strudel again and again at home. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and delicious activity.
