The truck accident that day caused unprecedented traffic, and despite our driver spending 2+ hours actively searching for alternative routes, we were unable to get you to the venue or back to the ship in a reasonable time. This was unacceptable, and it’s why we immediately waived our cancellation policy to process your full refund. We take full responsibility for the lack of communication and the time lost during this incident. We’ve already implemented stricter protocols for handling major road closures, including a 60-minute “no forward progress” cutoff to turn back and real-time updates to guests.
