Driver dropped us as close as possible to train terminal. Due to disabilities we went immediately to assistance office and received help from a volunteer. Driver avoided the Tour de France preparation areas and dropped us off on time.
Pickup was on time if not early. Very pleasant driver and very safe. He collected our luggage and us and off we went.
Convenient and comfortable ride. Erik was great! Gave us some city pointers on the way to our hotel.
3 vans, 3 geat drivers. Schedule was done on time. No problems incurred. Recommended to others. !!!!
A message to Transport Barthelot from the Eurostar about an hour before arrival in a busy Friday ( Le Mans, Fashion Week) was met with understanding, flexibility and a real customer orientation. Car organized and everyone was happy. They are terrific, look no further.
As it was our first time in Paris it was a relief to have a driver waiting for us when we arrived. Everything went smoothly. Good communication prior to pickup. Vehicle was clean & comfortable. I would recommend this servic
