What a seamless experience from start to finish. Our driver was waiting for us on arrival with a sign to help identify him. While traveling to our hotel, he mentioned a lot of great areas to dine, visit, and experience. It was our first trip to Paris and surely won't be our last. Many thanks.
Our driver was great! We were lost inside the train station and he came in to find us and lead us out to his car. Very friendly and patient with a group not too familiar with using the train!

Before travel, look at map to see satellite view of streets around Gare du Nord train station. Meeting place was a busy street with large bus traffic about 30 meters from station exit. Driver did not speak English as requested. Driver vehicle was smaller than requested; required luggage in passenger laps. Driver had to call supervisor to confirm that transport was paid via Viator.

We were met by our driver inside the train station. He was funny and kind, offered us air conditioning, and cold waters for the drive after a long journey. No hassle trying to get around at night. Would highly recommend.
