We were met by our driver inside the train station. He was funny and kind, offered us air conditioning, and cold waters for the drive after a long journey. No hassle trying to get around at night. Would highly recommend.

Viator and the car company were very accommodating since our train was delayed 2 hrs. They only charged a nominal extra fee since we did not arrive at the destination on time.

Easiest transfer ever. Our driver Hamlet was on time to pick us up at the trains station and promptly got us to our hotel.

I have never in my life had such an awful and unusual experience. Scammers on the streets yes…. But scammers through Viator never. The beginning of the experience was actually great. I booked the car. I received a WhatsApp message from the company (Comfort Cars) confirming my travel details. Later my travel plan changed and I messaged them and they immediately accommodated the change. They told me the driver would meet me at the end of the train platform with a sign I was thrilled with the service. UNTIL…. The driver (Rayan) messaged me telling me he wanted me to meet him at a different pick up point. I told him I had 2 large suitcases and he said “don’t worry it’s only a 3 minute walk”. I messaged the Comforter Cars Rep and told them I was being asked to meet in front of a random hotel down the street from the train station. The reason I prepaid for a private driver is so I wouldn’t have to wander around Paris with suitcases looking for an uber or taxi. Comfort cars said “your driver should be meeting you at the platform”. Unluckily for me my train lost power on the tracks. (Literally in a tunnel… for ONE HOUR. We had internet and no signal but random texts were going through and I was able to tell the driver my train is delayed (something he should have been able to check using the train details I provided). When we finally got moving, I messaged him. I then get a text from a completely different number saying “because of your delay you will have to pay the driver an additional 40 EURO in CASH” (btw it’s a $20 y we ride). Then HE messages me that I have to pay 40 EURO because he paid for parking. (Parking where?? He wasn’t coming to the platform.) When I told him I’ve used private transfers several times and they check travel details and know when there are delayed so they don’t wait for no reason and that I would not be paying a penny extra, that I was stupid and that I was offended at his attempt to scam me he began calling and texting me incessantly saying “no no no it’s ok don’t pay I’ll take you wherever you want to go, please I’m coming to drive you.” Obviously I no longer felt safe traveling with this driver. I messaged Comfort Cars to notify them after hours. They opened my message the next morning and never replied. I never took the ride I took an uber BLACK for $20USD (not euro) which was so much easier and a much more pleasant experience.

Diver was very knowledgeable about Paris and gave us a mini tour on our way to the hotel. Excellent experience

We were in the wrong meeting place, but the driver came to us without a problem. He gave us a little history as we passed the sights.
