THIS is how it is supposed to work. The last transfer I booked through Viator (with a different provider) turned out to be just a taxi. No one waiting for me with a sign or anything. I had you walk outside and track them down. But this one turned out to be just as described. A clean car, friendly driver, waited for me inside, and even waited until I got inside my airbnb since it was late at night. Wonderful.

Eduardo was on time to welcomed us upon our arrival to BA. Gave us some introductions to some prominent places we came across while driving to our accommodation in city from the airport. Friendly and helped with our many luggages. Highly recommended if you need a reliable transfer services in BA.

Driver showed up 40 min. later that the ordered time (didnt speake a word of English), their office phone did not answer, pointless service

It seems the timing issue arose because you disembarked earlier than anticipated. Our emergency contact number operates 24/7, 365 days a year. We have no record of missed calls from you during this time, which suggests there may have been an error in dialing from your side. Had we known you were ready earlier, we would have done our best to adjust the driver’s schedule, subject to availability. We take pride in the quality of our services, as reflected in numerous positive reviews from our clients. We regret that your experience didn’t meet expectations on this occasion, and we remain committed to providing reliable, efficient transfers in Buenos Aires.
I had a problem retrieving my bag (someone else had claimed it, leaving theirs behind, and left the port with it). The driver was patient and waited for my bag to be returned to me, about an hour's wait. We really appreciated that! I had notified Viator of a change in hotel. This information had not been communicated to the driver. We made sure he had the correct information before we left the port and everything worked out fine.

The driver took us to the wrong airport. We reached AEP airport about 1.5 hours before take off. It was a crazy mad rush for the 10 of us to get our luggage checked and get our boarding passes. If we had missed our flight we would have sued GET travels.

After finally locating driver Eduardo in the chaos of disembarkation from our cruise ship he quickly escorted us to the vehicle and a very pleasant drive to our downtown hotel
