Fernando picked us up at dock and delivered us as planned. We also had him give us an overview tour of the city. We were able to see many of the city highlights. The city overview helped very much. Having a good English speaker helped us. Fernando is courteous, helpful, and always on time.

Agree before pickup on where to meet. When hundreds of folks disembarked, it was chaotic. If I had known to be at door #1, it would have been easier.

Very good way to get from hotel to cruise terminal. Communicated a couple of days ahead of time. On time and got me to cruise terminal with no problems. Definitely will use them again.
