Our cruise was canceled to stop at Le Havre port due to National Port-mort strike 20 hours prior to the tour start. I called Viator as soon as I heard about that and requested for refund, however they denied any refund which cost us over $2000.
Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear about your experience. There is free cancellation 24 hours prior but after that, as per victors cancellation policy, no refund is possible. You must cancel at least 24 hours prior to the tour date and time, if not, not refund is posible. For a cruise, it can be tricky and you must know that this is ALWAYS the cancellation policy. You will be picked up at Southampton harbour in private chauffeur-driven cars and taken straight to the places to visit as was our case to Mt. St Michel, give you the guided tour is a great experience with comfort.
