Our tour guide was great. She was very knowledgeable and you could tell by her comments that she loved New York. She was very considerate of the people on the tour, cautioning us to watch our step around construction and crosswalk. She had a wealth of knowledge and stories about Ellis Island and Ground Zero.
A wonderful way to see some of the major sights in NYC. Our guide Nina was very knowledgeable and helped us navigate the ferries and attractions making the tour very enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour.
Great guide with excellant narative and descriptions of Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty, and ground zero memorial. It did involve a little more fast paced walking than we thought, but worth it.
I would not recommended this Tour/Excursion to anybody else as it is not exactly what one would expect. The tour is advertised as a guided tour. True to the words, you have a guide that basically show you where to board the Harbor Ferry, where to walk around the grounds, etc but lacks the “knowledge of a well informed and experienced Tour Guide” whom would be describing in detail the sights and points of interest. Our Guide-Martin was ill-informed, lacked the professionalism and friendliness of a Tour Guide. Not worth the money that we paid. Sad! 😟
We thoroughly enjoyed the complete tour. The tour guide was enjoyable and very knowledgeable. One suggestion would be if they supplied audio headphones so they can talk and walk at same time.
Not everyone in the group will continue on after Ellis Island. Ellis Island is the end of the tour for some.

Tour guide Leanne, who was excellent & we all enjoyed her explanation of each & every place we went. She was funny & extremely knowledgeable &friendly. If we go on another tour we would love to have her.
We paid for the tour in Spanish and it was 90% in English and the guide did not facilitate it until we ended up getting angry, she would speak for 10 min in English and summarize the same thing in 1 min in Spanish It was not the best experience in terms of excursions
We enjoyed the commentry from our guide, Nina, in particular but felt there was insufficient time overall to explore both the Statue of Liberty and the Museum & the Ellis Island museum. We felt that the half day tour was really not long enough to do justice to those iconic places.
