We had a wonderful food tour with Sam! She was incredibly friendly and a very knowledgeable local guide. Every stop was fantastic, and we loved getting to taste some of the best food Parma has to offer. The surprise stop was such a fun touch! They had a surprise stop to eat horse meat tartare. If this had been mentioned on the website as one of the stops I would absolutely NOT have booked this tour. The tour was okay, not great, but that was a real buzz kill! I don't care if they think that's a real treat in Parma, it's not the kind of "surprise" that will get me to recommend you to my fa and friends, sorry.
