最初のテイスティングストップでは、パルマで最も古いサルマリーの1つを訪れ、この地域を代表する生肉を厳選した盛り合わせを試食します。 生ハム・ディ・パルマから他の伝統的なサルミまで、一口一口が地元の職人技と昔ながらの技術を伝え、爽やかな地元のワインと完璧に調和します。
歩き続けると、パルマの重要な首都であった過去を映し出す広大な歴史複合施設パラッツォ・デッラ・ピロッタ（Palazzo della Pilotta）へ向かう。 途中、イタリア語チーズの王様、パルミジャーノ・レッジャーノを味わうために本格チーズショップに立ち寄ります。 ここでは、さまざまな熟成品種をサンプリングしながら、この商品の特徴を解説します。
次は地元のパン屋さんを訪れ、地元で愛される名物の味を味わいます。 Panetteria Annaでは、エミリア・ロマーニャ州の日常的な快適食を代表する、青菜、チーズ、ハーブが詰まった伝統的な焼き菓子「erbazzone」の美味しいストリップをお楽しみいただけます。

We booked our tour online. First - very easy to book, and any inquiries were answered promptly, very precise instructions and links for additional help. Our guide Samantha was exceptional. Samantha was pleasant, bilingual and most of all very knowledgeable of Parma & surrounding areas. The pace of tour was awesome, a real taste of the culture, I even endeavoured in the secret dish, which I will leave for you when you book! One piece of advice - comfy shoes, check the weather and dress appropriately( personally I love the heat) and most of all come with an appetite - guarantee you will not be disappointed. Yes there is much more to explore, but this is a great intro ! Once again, a great thanks to Samantha & for the pics she took for us E.Zahra , Aug.07/26

Sam grew up in the area so she knows the area well. Took us to places to sample the foods of the region and they were delicious. She has a surprise treat that won’t be found on other tours and I won’t ruin it for you.
