最初のテイスティングストップでは、パルマで最も古いサルマリーの1つを訪れ、この地域を代表する生肉を厳選した盛り合わせを試食します。 生ハム・ディ・パルマから他の伝統的なサルミまで、一口一口が地元の職人技と昔ながらの技術を伝え、爽やかな地元のワインと完璧に調和します。

Great host with good stops along the tour
It was a really nice experience with Samantha. We were a smalltalk group of four. Great tasting spots and helpful Info about the City, history of the dishes and some Restaurants for the evening.
Andrea was a great guide! We loved learning about the history of Parma, and all the different foods we were able to try. The length of the tour was perfect, as it allowed us to still enjoy our afternoon. Highly recommend this tour!

Nice guide, enjoyed the tastings, like that I wasn’t stuffed at the end like many food tours. Some walking of course, but not too much.

This was an excellent tour and our guide Sam was extremely engaging and knowledgeable about Parma. We tasted many local delicacies and wine and also learned so much about the city along the way. She also made some suggestions for great places to eat in the evening and museums to visit. Would definitely recommend if you love food and culture.?

My wife and I visited Parma for the first time and did a guided food tour with Sam through Viator. I would rate our tour a 10! There are SO MANY places you could eat at, but having a local expert take you to the best places was very helpful. Plus we also learned a lot about the history of Parma! Do this on day 1 of your visit and then you’ll have great info to use on other days. Thank you Sam and Viator!
