Oscar was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. He has an in depth understanding of local history and culture. His tour has a very good mix of variety which makes it interesting and fun.

Charkey was the perfect host for my family’s long layover in Taipei. He was accommodating, knowledgeable and showed us as much of the beauty of this fantastic city as our time would allow. It’s the little things that count, so treating us to a sample of traditional medicinal tea and making sure we stopped by Din Tai Fung were a few high points of our day. I also appreciated Charkey’s patience while we sorted out options for storing our luggage for the day. If you have the time, I would highly recommend taking this tour.

I connected with Justaiwantour to organize a private 1-day sightseeing tour of Taipei, since I had limited time on my stopover. I'm very glad I did, because coming off a long red eye with no sleep, I appreciated very much someone to do the driving and navigating. Pre-departure communication was rapid, highly professional, and the sales staff were there to answer every inquiry I had about the tour. They helped me to process payment by international credit card from abroad, and even offered an early bird booking discount. The tour was good value - a full day of sightseeing, with private driver and English speaking guide, and which included all of the entrance fees. My driver/guide was a pleasant gentlemen by the name of Ken! The tour was nothing short of excellent! My tour included airport pick-up and drop-off also to my hotel nearby the airport. The included transfers were appreciated as part of the tour costs, since the airport is some distance from the city centre. The driver was prompt/on time and in the exact location communicated to me! We started the tour by visiting the National Palace Museum, followed by Taipei 101. Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall was highlight for me, however! What a beautiful place! We followed the Hall by a visit to Lungshang Temple, and spent the evening strolling the markets in Dihua Street. It was Lunar New Year when I visited, so the market was exploding with people, sweet treats and activities! What fun! The driver/guide was superb. He was keen to share his culture and country with me, while giving me ample time on my own to take photographs and walk around/explore! Overall, an amazing tour! I highly recommend Justaiwantour to my fellow travellers and without question I would use their services again if I found myself in Taiwan! Thank you to the office staff and my driver/guide (Ken) for organizing such a terrific tour of Taipei for me! I had an excellent time and look forward to a future visit.
