Best and most efficient way to visit the key sites when on a short stay. Our guide George was not only excellent and very knowledgeable, but super jovial and entertaining.

42 family members and friends were on this tour of Taipei. We enjoyed the whole tour, especially the National Palace Museum and the Changing of the Guard at Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. Then we ended at Taipei 101 Observatory. Awesome!

I am thankful to Proguide and Musilmintaipei group for organizing such wonderful and amazing trip for us. It was my one of the best trip with expert guidance. I appreciate hard work of Miss May, Rita and Mr. Jeff for organizing such knowledgeable and informative tour for us. Will start from the airport - our main contact is Joe, who is such a great guy. Made himself available anytime for any questions and the likes. Peggy (Pei-ru lin) our Tour guide, another excellent guide who had so much patience with our group. Took us a while to get out of the Immigration, then we have to stay in long cue for money exchange and then the purchase of wifi took us long time. By the time Peggy saw us it was late. But she made us feel so welcomed. We had a bus that was so comfortable, we were only 12 and the bus is good for 40 people. Peggy took us to a good Hotpot dinner, and boy of boy! so muuch food! It was delicious. We took a day tour with Peggy covering Juifan, Waterfalls, the Latern...it was actually an 8 hr tour, but we went beyond... because the group got so busy with shopping and taking lots and lots of pictures. Peggy was there with us taking our pictures and videos, and guiding us. She stayed with us even it was very late, made sure we are all ok. She has so much patience following us everywhere. She would only leave when we tell her to go home because it was very late. Our airport transfers were easy as well, the drivers are very helpful. Joe made all the arrangements for us and charged BM Del Mundo, the big boss reasonable amount for our package. We highly recommend the PROGUIDE people. We are so happy with the service, very professional people.
