A bit chaotic start as many buses for different companies all at the same point, but just ask around for them to check your name and all good. Pedro, our guide, did a great job of managing tourists from many countries in several languages. We had enough time at all the sites to see enjoy them, but if you really want to explore each palace or Sintra then your need to give your self at least 2 days. We really enjoyed the trip and Pedro went above and beyond for those who needed more help.

A comfortable bus, excellent driver. A very knowledgeable guide, showed his passion for his country, and desire to share it's history. A thoughtful tour that encompasses the best places to visit.

Our guided tour to Sintra, Cabo de Rocha, and Cascais blew our expectations out of the water! Sintra and Pena Palace are incredibly beautiful, Cabo de Rocha was gorgeous even on a cloudy day, and Cascais was the perfect place for lunch by the ocean. Miguel taught us so much not only about the places we visited, but also about Portuguese history, culture, and people. He was a true delight and getting to know him was the best part of the tour. He navigated the lines and route with expertise. We will be back to Lisbon and will go on a tour with Miguel again!

I was told by a friend to do this tour. I’m so glad I did. The bus driver showed professionalism and care for his passengers and OMG the tour guide Emilio was amazing.

I had a very disappointing experience on my scheduled trip to Sintra. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my uber driver to the meeting point arrived late, thus I was delayed and made every effort to rejoin the tour by arranging my own transportation to the first stop. Despite my efforts and having paid for the excursion, the driver refused to allow me to continue with the tour midway. What made the situation even worse was the response from management. Instead of showing understanding or trying to help find a reasonable solution, the manager was dismissive and rude when I explained the situation, he claimed it was a no show snd wouldn't refund the money. I made every effort to renoij the tour by arranging my own transportation to the first stop but the driver refused to allow me to continue with the rour midway, claiming the manager had made it clear it was a "No show". As a paying customer, I expected professionalism, empathy, and at least an attempt to accommodate me. The lack of customer service, poor communication, and unwillingness to assist left me feeling frustrated and abandoned. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed what should have been an enjoyable visit to Sintra. I would not recommend this company based on how they handled this situation

My family was not happy with me for booking a 9-hour tour and cringed over the fact that it was with about a bus full of ~30 others, but quickly perked up once they met Girard (our tour guide). Girard took him time to get to know everyone, had great conversations with my boys and juggled multiple languages (English, Portuguese and German) effortlessly. The tour itself was great. We were able to go at our own pace as long as we got back to our meeting point on time. Tge castles were beautiful, the beach along the coast of Cascais was gorgeous and ending the tour in the town of Cascais was a perfect way to end the tour.
