What an incredible experience! We saw so many beautiful places and had several unique experiences on this tour. I would recommended bringing a shawl or light jacket for the early morning palace tour.

We had an absolutely wonderful day on this tour! Our guide, Paolo, was considerate, friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. His passion for Portuguese history and culture made every stop more meaningful, and he shared fascinating historical information throughout the day. We traveled by bus from Lisbon to Sintra, where we visited Quinta da Regaleira and Pena Palace, explored the charming historic streets, and sampled delicious local pastries. One thing future travelers should know is that there is a significant amount of uphill walking and steep terrain. While it was well worth the effort, I recommend this tour for people who are in good physical condition. From Sintra we continued to the beautiful seaside town of Cascais. Paolo recommended an excellent restaurant overlooking the marina, and our group of six decided to enjoy lunch together. It ended up being one of the highlights of the day—we had a fantastic meal, wonderful conversation, and genuinely enjoyed getting to know one another. Our final stop was Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe, where the ocean views were absolutely breathtaking. The tour ran from about 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and every minute was worthwhile. It was an unforgettable experience, and I left feeling grateful for such a well-organized day, an outstanding guide, and the opportunity to experience some of Portugal’s most beautiful and historic places. Bernardo was a terrific tour guide! He informed us well, went out of his way to see to our needs, and told us a lot about life in Portugal. Unfortunately the place was fogged in, but the beach stop was in full sun. The stop at the "end of the continent" was very windy, but well worth the stop. Our family had a terrific day! We had an amazing day with Sergio. He was knowledgeable, engaging and made the experience better with the information provided and how he managed our time. We had a jam packed day doing two castle tours, stopping in Downtown Sintra and Cascais. Our tour included a single, a couple and a family of 5 and Sergio remembered all of our names and catered to our varied interests. I had done a similar tour 2 years before and still enjoyed it fully!

Great day out. You need sensible shoes as there’s some walking involved. You won’t need a packed lunch, plenty of opportunity to have food and drinks.

Miguél was great! Very personable. I'm grateful someone else was driving, traffic was not ideal. Miguél nevertheless navigated it all well and had engaging anecdotes throughout the experience.

We went with this tour and we were very happy with it. We had an amazing guide called Yann. He was a fountain of knowledge very enthusiastic a great driver and all round organised guy who really made the day a success. We started in Sintra Town for a coffee and range of cake the on to the place with the spiral staircase into the ground then Sintra Pena Palace all before it got too hot then a late lunch in Cascais just one bit of advice there's a back street that parallels the one street you come in on and it's much better for restaurants and cooler than the square facing the sea. Also it has an excellent ice cream shop. From there to a windy and volcanic westerly most tip of Europe and home for 6pm. It was an early start and thanks again to Yann it was a great day. .
