Really nice to be able to sit back and have the entire family relax and wine taste. Our driver Vadilm got us to all our 4 wine tastings on time and the booking was great as they helped us choose and plan our wine stops.
Alex designed a wonderful wine tasting itinerary. Each winery was unique and exclusive. Our driver was friendly and accommodating . He safely drove us on our tour and kept us on time. We will be back!
Thank you for taking your time and sharing your experience with others. We love what we do, we love wine and love sharing what the wine country has to offer with our great customers. Thank you for your business.
It was our first visit to Napa and it was awesome! Cool spots and beautiful wineries. We wanted to switch one stop to another winery someone had recommended to us and our driver was able to do it, he called the winery for us and was able to make it happen. Really happy with the service.
Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so happy to hear that your first visit to Napa was a success! It’s great to know that our driver could accommodate your request and make the change to your itinerary. We’re thrilled you were happy with the service and look forward to helping you plan more amazing experiences in the future! Cheers! 🍇🍷
From the minute we got onto the car, our driver was critical, impatient and downright rude. He never smiled. Never welcomed us. Never offered any information about the day or the wine region. Only spoke when spoken to, and then unwillingly, with impatience and condescension in his voice. Plus his car smelled smoky. Not a pleasant experience.
Thank you for your feedback and time to leave us your feedback. It is important to us as it points out the areas for improvement. We apologize that we did not meet your exceptions. Our drivers are always fun, pretty informative and very knowledgeable. We also have a solid no smoking policy for drivers and for customers in all of our vehicles. We would like to investigate this further, please call us at your earliest convenience. Further information will allow us to understand who was the driver/vehicle, etc. Unfortunately your feedback did not provide your name nor a date of travel. We look forward speaking with you. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience.
