Communication happened all the way up until the day, on the day itself communication stopped, we were supposed to be picked up, but no-one picked us up or made contact .... We reached out numerous times, there was no response.... at all. We had to end up going with another provider and working the trip out for ourselves. With almost 4hr of our time wasted. Never again! .
Garda was a great host and very knowledgeable, she was extremely polite and could answer most questions. The camel ride was an experience not to forget, although very un-comfy.
I really enjoyed the tour I took. Everything was well organized. The Pick Up was on time and my guide provided a lot of information about everything. I’d definitely recommend doing it :)

Cairo House is the perfect place for a trip to Cairo. Its located near the centre, basic and clean. Everything was perfect especially the breakfast at the wonderful terrace. I really recommend staying here. Special bonus is the helpful staff, Zidan is a really good manager and helped my to organise everything.
