He responded quickly to all our questions, clearly explained the itinerary, and helped customize our trip. He kept us comfortable from the day we arrived in Kenya until we returned to the airport. The Best trip ever! So much to learn and to see. Kenya is a beautiful county and the people are so very friendly. We visited many national parks, each with its own distinct landscape and animals. The accommodations were excellent. The driver was both courteous and knowledgeable and was always on the lookout for animals. He even spotted a snake skin hanging in a tree and the trail of a snake on the road! We managed to see all the big five. We saw the elusive leopard with a kill in his mouth. The lions were majestic. The elephants were adorable, especially the little ones. Be prepared for heat and dust. Wear sun screen and bug spray, sun glasses and a hat for your game drives. The owners of Best Camping meet with you the day before beginning your safari, review details, answer questions and concerns. A caring, thoughtful, and knowledgeable company. So we just finished with our 6 days safari from Maasai Mara to lake Naivasha and all the way down to Tsavo East. Our experience was just amazing, and all thanks to Best camping for such great organisation! The huge piece of that goes to Paul, our driver / guide! He was just so kind, knowledgeable and attentive! We really enjoyed his company and I highly recommend him! The accomodations were great, especially at the Best camping next to Maasai Mara where the staff made the stay so much more welcoming! They were all so friendly and attentive, they were also cooking all the meals and guarding the camp at night from hyenas, elephants and other wild animals. It is definitely not dangerous, only a great experience when you are surrounded by all of the sounds of wildlife! To wrap it up, I highly recommend booking your safari through Best camping! With the organisation and such great staff they will definitely give you the best experience possible😇 Thanks Imraan, Paul and rest of the team!

Best camping and safaris is really worth of this name. Everything was the Best, drivers, accomodation, organisation. Also beautiful country and amazing Animals in Masai Mars, Naivasha and Tsavo rast. Thank you do much.

I can't thank Best Camping enough for the amazing experience and the professional service. My wife and I did the 7 day experience starting at Masaai Mara and ended up at Amboseli game reserve. The planning was spot on and the accomodation and locations of each were top class. Our driver, guide and now friend - Abdullah - made the experience so fulfilling. His knowledge of wildlife, cultures and history made the trip worthwhile alone. He is a local celebrity with all the other drivers, hotel staff and locals so happy to see him. We had a wonderful tour with Best Camping Tours. Our guide, Abdallah, was so committed & ensured we saw all the Big-5s & so much more. The cheetahs in Masai Mara were awe inspiring. And the rhinos in Lake Nakuru were simply phenomenal. Will definitely recommend Best Camping to all our friends & family!

From the very beginning, Imraan and his team at Best Camping exceeded our expectations. They worked closely with us, accommodating our suggestions and lodging preferences. Even as our plans evolved over the year—adding options and then revisiting earlier decisions—Imraan remained patient and supportive while we finalized the itinerary. Once we landed in Nairobi, Imraan and Shifana made us feel at home and ease. Abdallah, our guide and driver, was incredibly knowledgeable - particularly, his ability to pick out birds and then refer to them in his book was awesome. We had a great time on the Safaris themselves, seeing all the big 5 and enjoying the various birds in Nakuru. Abdallah went out of his way to showcase Kenya's beauty and hospitality. When our transfer day took longer than expected during to traffic jams, he ensured the hotel was informed and made up for it by arranging an early morning safari the next day. On our final day, after a full-day safari, we mentioned not wanting to leave Kenya—and Abdallah graciously offered to take us on an evening safari as well, without hesitation. His kindness and enthusiasm never wavered. When we told him we loved the Kenyan-style chapati, he even took us to a local shop to buy Kenyan flour to bring back home. We can’t conclude this review without mentioning Thomas, who provided excellent local support in Nairobi. Best Camping truly went above and beyond to pamper us, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Overall we loved the Amboseli -> Nakuru -> Mara trip (we skipped the Naivasha day) and hope to be back soon.
