The safari in Kenya was a wonderful experience that allowed me to live truly unforgettable moments. Observing wildlife in its natural habitat, in such an immense space and in total freedom, was deeply memorable. We had the opportunity to see the Big Five from a surprisingly close distance, along with many other species, making every game drive unique and thrilling.
One of the main people responsible for making this trip so special was our driver and guide, Benson. His deep knowledge of the savannah and wildlife, combined with tremendous dedication, friendliness, and availability, made all the difference. He played a decisive role in ensuring we made the most of our time and learned as much as possible over several days.
As an area for improvement, I believe the trip would have benefited from keeping the same driver and group throughout the entire itinerary, allowing for a more cohesive and smooth experience. Regarding the accommodations, I feel some could have been better selected, although the opportunity to stay in a tent and a cottage was particularly positive and added great authenticity to the journey.
Overall, I am left with incredible memories of an enriching trip. With a few organizational adjustments, the experience could be even better. A very special thank you to Benson for his exemplary professionalism, dedication,and kindness!

What an incredible lifetime experience!!
We booked the = 7 DAYS, 6 NIGHTS PRIVATE SAFARI TO MASAI MARA, LAKE NAKURU, NAIVASHA/HELLS GATE AND AMBOSELI = and had the experience of a lifetime!!
From contacting with the office with Damaris with her excellent and responsive communication and planning skills to the amazing driver skills, knowledge and professional attitude of our tour guide and new friend Ronnie… this company offers it all. A special thanks to the both of you, for making a truth fairytale become reality for the both of us. We enjoyed each minute of this wonderful safari which we would recommend to everyone and it was worth each shilling. We were spoiled to see the big 5 and ugly 5 all in this tour. Thrilling moments like seeing a cheetah in the first 5 minutes of the Masai Mara, seeing an active leopard, being in the middle of a playful lion familywith cubs in Nakuru, running Pumba families, an incredible African sunset in Amboseli, lined up migrating elephant families, running ostriches, migrating Zebras and wildebeasts, making pictures in Naivasha with hippos close to us, and so many more moments with the incredible animals and nature Kenya has to offer…..these moments are written in our memories forever and still bring us the goosebumps. All of this guided by our heartwarming driver Ronnie which became a friend for us and the very welcoming crew of all the beautiful lodges and camps (Mara Paran, Lake Naluru Lodge, Country club Naivasha and Praro Amboseli) we stayed, who always served us to the maximum. Nothing is too much for these people and a special thanks to Lake Nakuru lodge for making an unforgettable birthday with private dining and cooking under the stars and bringing the African energy with dancing and singing. A big thanks to all of the wonderful people for making this happen.

The perfect guidance to explore Masai Mara, Amboseli, Hell’s Gate and NAIVASHA.
They were unforgettable days, organized to perfection. We were immersed in nature, discovering every secret of the savannah and the life of the animals that inhabit it, thanks to the expert guidance of Chris, who accompanied us through the Masai Mara and Amboseli.
It was a fabulous journey during which we truly connected with the parks we visited. We saw an incredible variety of species: cheetahs, leopards, zebras, elephants, lions, hyenas, wildebeest, and countless unique birds.
Chris’s guidance made all the difference. With his deep knowledge of the protected areas and the species that live there, he revealed the most fascinating aspects of the parks we explored.
A visit to Lake Naivasha is highly recommended — an authentic and unspoiled place where you can discover yet another diversity of wildlife.
The Masai village visit was also greatly appreciated, offering insight into traditions and culture that enriched the whole experience. Hell’s Gate by Nike was incredibile!!!! Just one suggestion: it would have been amazing also to see the Nairobi National Park, stopping there after visiting NAIVASHA and before the Amboseli.

La guida di Chris ha fatto la differenza: profondo conoscitore delle aree protette e delle specie che vi abitano, ci ha fatto conoscere gli aspetti più interessanti dei parchi visitati. Super consigliata la visita al lago NAIVASHA, un luogo molto autentico e incontaminato dove scoprire specie animale ancora diverse. Molto apprezzata anche la visita al villaggio Masai. Hell’s Gate in bici è stato incredibile. Sarebbe stato bellissimo visitare anche Nairobi National Park, dopo il lago NAIVASHA e prima di Amboseli.

wonderful trip
Perfect wilderness safaris organized a 7 day safari for 3 of us. The accomodations were great and food plentiful. Even the weather was amazing. Paul our driver was good to find us perfect spots for viewing. We saw the big 5 in Maasai mara, lots of elephants and rhinos in Amboseli. The bike ride in Hell's Gate park was fun with zebras beside us. Everything was well organized. I would highly recommend Perfect wilderness safaris.

Good experience if you like wildlife
Among the positive things to highlight the most important, that we saw a lot of fauna, the big 5 and the ugly 5. The tour also serves to discover beautiful landscapes, some of them leave memorable photos, and also see how the people of the country live. As for the organization comment that they are punctual and attentive. Accommodation and meals are irregular. In some places well and in others quite improveable. Highlight the quality of the accommodation on Lake Nakuru and the friendliness of the Maasais who carry the accommodation in Ambroselli. I do not recommend hiring the tour in a language other than English because you pay an extra that is not worth it. We hired one in Spanish because we were clumsy with English and the guide forgot about us and we had to make do with it. Maybe the biggest complaint we have. In general I recommend the tour

Safety (NOT) first!!!
The national parks and wildlife were absolutely stunning. Kenya’s nature is truly unforgettable. Unfortunately, the trip was overshadowed by a serious car accident caused by reckless driving. The driver was overtaking on a wet highway, after heavy rain, and lost control. The car flipped onto its side on the highway. This was not an accident due to bad luck, but the result of too much pressure from the company and being in a hurry. This never should have happened.
I’m now in the hospital waiting for a skin graft. The company showed very little concern. They only gave a small refund and offered no real compensation or follow-up. It’s also a pity that I can’t attach photos here to show the actual damage and injuries. It was truly severe.
Beautiful parks, but I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking. Safety should always come first, and sadly, it was not a priority on this safari.
Very disappointed.

we take this chance to apologize for the accident that occured. we are also grateful that no one was fattaly injured.
As we have called it its an accident and no driver wishes for an accident to happen. it was not due to reckless driving or being in a hurry as stated.
Within 2 minutes another company jeep was on site and all clients transfered to shalom Hospital. after treatment 2 clients went to german hospital for ct scan and they were cleared and continued with the safari the next day. we tool care of all the hospital expenses.
The said client wanted to be given a cash refund and we advised that we dont hold the clients cash as its paid to viator. so we could not give an immediate cash refund.
After emailing viator the client was Given 100% refund.
Conclusion
We apologise to the client for the injury, all local police and protocols were observed. Uninjured clients continued with their safari. No one wishes all plans to have an accident.
its our first one in the 17 years of operation.
we hope it wont happen again.

A dream come true ! My long cherished dream of games drive at the Masai Mara is fulfilled in the best possible way !
I undertook the games safari at Nairobi parks through the intermediary Axis Africa Safari who are a Nairobi based tour operator . They are always true to their promise . We stayed at Jumbo Mara Safari lodge at Masai . It was a resort in the midst of nature and a short distance from the park gate . We were taken in a Land Cruiser vehicle which was most suitable for games drive .
Only part we want to forget about is the Masai Village visit . It seems to be quite theatrical .
All arrangements made by our operator was neat & classy .

It was an adventure to cherish
Visiting the Masai mara lives people with unforgettable memories. It's a place where nature speaks and every moment feels like a scene from a timeless story. Witnessing the great migration was a once in a lifetime experience and spotting lions and elephants in their natural habitat exhilarating.
