エクアドルの7日間のガラパゴス島巡りツアー

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Lisa. We always make sure our clients have a dedicated contact person for any questions or assistance during their trip. I had provided you with this information in advance, and you were able to reach out directly to him, and he offered you excellent customer service. Viator’s messaging system is naturally a slower way to communicate ,since it works through email, which is why we provide our clients a Whatsapp number of our contact person in Galápagos for fast communication. We’re glad you connected successfully with your contact person and received the support you needed. We value all reviews, but in this case we feel your rating doesn’t reflect the service you experienced. Our goal is always to ensure smooth communication and a great travel experience, and we’re happy that our contact person was able to assist you promptly. Safe travels,

Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience and for awarding us a 5‑star review. We’re delighted to hear that our 7‑day island hopping program gave you the chance to enjoy the Galapagos fully, with smooth logistics, comfortable accommodations, and a balance of guided adventures and free time. It’s especially rewarding to know that the wildlife encounters — from sea lions and penguins to giant tortoises and blue‑footed boobies — made your journey feel truly unforgettable. Our team takes great pride in creating stress‑free, budget‑friendly trips without compromising on the magic of the islands, and your kind words affirm that mission. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with our staff, who will be thrilled to know their friendliness and support made a difference. Thank you again for recommending us to fellow travelers — we hope to welcome you back for another adventure someday! Warm regards, The Kajol Lavan Travel Team
