Fabulous trip sailing the Ionian Isles. Amazing views and glorious swim stops! I have to thank the whole crew of Hemera who worked really hard to ensure we had a safe and fabulous holiday. They were professional and fun! We sailed alongside Aphrodite and I have to mention Mahmood and Hamdi who went out of there way to make us feel welcome even though we were on the other boat!
We had a wonderful week cruising around these beautiful scenic islands on the Aphrodite, sunshine, crystal clear waters, dropping anchor for swim stops. The crew were great, our ‘Mamma’ Hamdi, Mouhmad who kept us in drinks and all things ‘ship shape’ in our cabins, and wonderful Chef Mohammed meant we felt safe and cared for the whole time. I would recommend this trip for the natural beauty & relaxation.
I’ve just returned from a cruise on Aphrodite. It was wonderful, lived up to my expectations. Cleanliness and hygiene, food and efficient & caring crew made the trip carefree for me. Service with a smile at all times. Mohammad (our quiet and gentle chef who kept us well fed), Mahmoud (our barman and jack of all trades who made sure we wanted for nothing at the table), and of course Hamdi (who seemed to do it all, from steering the boat, ensuring our seats were dry before we sat when they were wet, this that and the other - he made me feel confident and safe walking the ladder into the wonderful Ionean sea, thank you so much Hamdi. You went over and above your duty to every one of us. I would have no hesitation recommending a cruise on the Aphrodite.
The crew of Mohamed, Mamood and others were very good. They ensured the safety of us and the boat at all times. I would recommend this crew.

I had a wonderful week aboard Hemera, and would wholeheartedly recommend it for the crew and for Tyson's food. However the boat was shabbier than I expected (and I didn't even expect much). I sincerely hope that this winter will see a mechanical overhaul and at least a substantial refit, without cheap plastic fittings in the bathrooms, which spoil it for the sake of a few euros.
Our expectations were very high for this holiday but it exceeded in every respect. The food was amazing and plentiful and certainly gave us the taste of Greece. Maria, our host, along with the amazing captain and wonderful crew worked hard to give us a fantastic experience. Thank you!
A big thanks to Cpt Nikos and his crew for taking care of us during our Corfu cruise. Great locations, our favourite was lakka and blue lagoon.
