Top tour
I rarely take organized tours, but this time I did. It was one of my best experiences. Everything was top-notch, from the pickup and the guide's competence to the clear instructions and a very friendly guide; it couldn't be done any better. Thank you

One of the best excursions of my life in every respect. It is absolutely worth it for everyone; the tour guides are very friendly, and getting to know the whole island is a fantastic experience!

Absolute recommendation
Everything worked perfectly from the pickup at the hotel to the return trip. Our tour guide was super nice and involved us in the tour with various suggestions. Everything was perfectly organized – we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Anytime again!

Amazing experience
Everything was great! We received the meeting point information the evening before, so everything was clear and well organized. The tour was interesting and enjoyable, and our guide Theo was fantastic — friendly, helpful and fun! We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the experience✨

Misadvertised and misleading
Whilst this tour did have some beautiful stops and good moments, it feels purposefully advertised in a misleading way. The title states it visits the Blue Caves which can only be accessed via boat, but the cost of the boat is not included in the price you pay. The boat costs are hidden at the bottom of what's not included. It's sneaked in there, and was not addressed at the point of getting on the boat either. The group was only told about this at the very end of the trip - and it was obvious everyone was very surprised by this as the mood was solemn and people were silent on the drop-off. If you're advertising Blue Caves, and other spots only reached by boat, the cost should be included in the price you pay. One reason my partner and I picked this trip was because it had a detailed itinerary. Whilst I can't state for certain as I don't have a screenshot, I'm sure when we booked this tour it said it's approximately 6 hours. On being picked up, our guide said they're not sure how long it'd be, maybe 8-9 hours. It's clear the schedule was also very lax, as we didn't visit half the places on the itinerary, instead the driver just stopped at random points along the way for people to take photographs. It's great to get some photos of course, but this felt like forced "instagrammable" moments, that wasn't what the tour is advertised to be about. It was meant to be a tour of the island. Another issue was the professionalism displayed by the guides. The boat driver in particular wasn't very friendly, and was constantly on his phone and blasting music very loudly. Getting on/off the boat wasn't easy for my partner due to it being just a small plank at the front of the boat, but he didn't attempt to help in any way. I could help from one side, but not both. The minivan driver did help and was much better for assisting with getting on the boat, but when we returned he wasn't there either. The minivan driver was nice enough and gave some interesting info towards the start of the tour, but as the day went on he seemed to care less and was on his phone constantly, even when driving. There were some good moments on the trip, but honestly the best moments we made ourselves at the locations we went to. Besides the tour driving us to the locations, it felt like an overcosted glorified minivan trip. I would not recommend the tour.

We would, however, like to clarify a few points regarding the information provided at the time of booking. First, the tour is clearly advertised as a Land & Sea Tour, meaning that it includes both land-based sightseeing and a boat excursion. The boat fee is not hidden it is stated in the booking information under the exclusions. In addition, all guests receive written information by email and WhatsApp one day prior to the tour, clearly advising them of the applicable boat fee. Therefore, guests have the information in advance and can make their decision with full knowledge of the additional cost. Regarding the itinerary, the tour follows the scheduled programme, although the exact order and duration of the stops may vary depending on traffic, road conditions, boat availability and other operational circumstances. The overall duration is approximately 7–9 hours, and this can vary depending on the conditions of the day. The photo stops are also part of the sightseeing experience and are included to allow guests to enjoy and photograph some of Zakynthos’ most scenic locations. We are nevertheless sorry to hear that you felt some aspects of the tour did not meet your expectations. Regarding the boat driver and the assistance provided when boarding and disembarking, we appreciate you bringing these points to our attention.
