I would highly recommend the French Quarter Food Tour. Our guide Robin was fantastic . She was very knowledgeable and very friendly.
The food tour with Robin was the best. Robin is very knowledgeable with Charleston history and made the tour such a pleasure. This is a must do when you visit Charleston. Starting the tour with a cheddar biscuit you know is a great time.
We had a good time. We met some really nice people. Perry was funny and knowledgeable. Cookie and biscuit tasting was oddly placed but both were very good. Not much of a complaint but the only one I've got. We would do it again.
The food was delicious, and Perry did an amazing job walking us through each plate while sharing the history and interesting facts behind them. He provided excellent service and truly went above and beyond to make sure our group had an amazing time. We had such a great experience and would highly recommend this tour!
This food tour was awesome! The food was incredible and we enjoyed each of our stops and tastings. Perry, our guide, did a fantastic job sharing the history of the food and Charleston throughout our tour. The amount of walking was perfect for us. Just enough time to walk off a bit if our full bellies! Our team had a great time and I would highly recommend this tour and Perry to everyone!
Nathan was a very knowledgeable tour guide! He was full of knowledge about the history of Charleston. The food was delicious! We did a similar tour in San Diego, I loved how that tour was more about the food history. A fair amount of the information in this tour was the same that we received on the trolley tour and carriage tours we had done earlier in the day. Overall would recommend it to get a taste of the town!

The Charleston food tour was very entertaining. Our tour guide Robin was very knowledgeable and had lots of great stories about Charleston. Don't miss this one if you're in Charleston. Of course a good food tour always depends on the guide and Robin is an excellent guide.

Wow so much more than a food tour. If you book this ask for Nathan! Very knowledgeable about Charleston. I thought I was only going to be trying some authentic southern food but Nathan provided so much history on the tour that I felt we got a bonus history lesson. We purchased discounted tickets from Groupon so I think we paid about $80 per person. The tour lasted around 3 hours. I was so full by the end of the trip. We stopped at restaurants and stores that I probably would've missed if it wasn't for the tour. Our tour only had 6 people in it. Super fun and I highly recommend! If you skip the cocktail add on option you are still able to buy beverages while on the tour. Very walkable tour and I think any age group could do this. I might pass for the little ones because they would probably get bored. Remember ask for Nathan!
