The horses receive excellent care and attention! Our guide was fantastic and learned of the fantastic historical culture of Charleston. The route was very nice and saw many beautiful and interesting things. Well worth the time and money.

My family and I booked two tours with Old Carriage Tours—one during the day and the other was the ghost tour. Both of our tour guides, Don and Matthew were fantastic! Each had a unique style of sharing Charleston’s rich history, which made both tours enjoyable and informative. Not to mention, Wayne and Ricky were excellent horses as well. I hope they both got a well-deserved treat for their hard work! Which I was surprised to know that horses enjoy some beer after a days work. If I ever return to Charleston, I will definitely book another tour with them.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and the horses are beautiful. Great way to get a taste of all the history the city has to offer. No two tours are the same.

What a nice way to visit Charleston! We learned a lot of history that we wouldn’t have known. Our tour guy was very informative and funny. The horses are very well kept and cared for. I wish I could only work 1/2 a year. Jordan the horse was indeed a beautiful boy. He allowed us to pet him and take pictures afterwards. Good value for our money.
