Overall, the guides involved were informative and helpful. The key contact person and owner, Mr Saeed, was accommodative, attentive and checked on the status throughout the stay. During my tour, there was flexibility as well as ample time in Samarqand and Bukhara for other sites and exploring both cities on your own. The accommodations arranged were fitting based on the tour's price range, and the hotel in Khiva for my stay was within the old city which added a layer of rich sensory experience.

We had such an amazing trip mainly thanks to Sayeed and his team. They really took care of us from beginning to end. Sayeed goes above and beyond to ensure our safety, comfort and enjoyment. He would check in with us frequently and was always ready to assist us ensuring we were happy and comfortable. As for Uzbekistan it's one of the prettiest places you can go to. Its rich in culture and history. It's so beautiful even down to the metro station in tashkent looking like an art gallery. Believe me the pictures you see are only the beginning. The colours of the madrassahs and souks are stunning and the people are so warm and hospitable. It's definitely an unforgettable experience. Would recommend visiting October time when the weather is spot on. Sunny but not too hot.

We are a family of 4 and we used Assalam travel. We were very very happy with their service and tours. We were very well looked after throughout, and had a really lovely stay in Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan is a lovely country with very genuinely kind and hospitable people. Sayeed looked after us so well and kept in touch through our whole stay. The hotels in each city were very comfortable. The hotel in Khiva was really amazing as it was part of the old city. All the tours were well paced and interesting. The overall experience was amazing and u would highly recommend anyone to book with them for a unique and wonderful holiday.

With four cities to explore, this is the perfect tour to capture the major sights. The service varies from person to person as it is not a through guide, but the operator contacted me every day, which gave me peace of mind. The guide also contacted us from the evening before and was available to help. WhatsApp will be your main way of contacting people before they travel. Drivers are only available in local language or English. Since I was traveling alone this time, I decided to go on this tour because it was going to be about 100,000 cheaper than the pack tour companies in Japan, but there was still an extra charge per person. It was $50 per night, not listed. Payments can also be made in Euros (same-day rates). Cash payment will be made once you arrive on site. I was over budget and took a hotel for myself for a few nights. They are quite flexible in their requests and this city will accommodate their requests, such as another night. We arrived at the local airport in the middle of the night, but the first day of the tour will start with that transfer, so be careful when you get your ticket. The first day of sightseeing the day after arrival already counts as the second day. I made a mistake here and had two full days available when I returned to Tashkent from Khiva, but I was able to arrange the return transportation. Finally, I even got a present! If you have too much time, you can give us suggestions, so you might want to talk to them. I don't go to all the tourist lists that are listed, and I don't enter. Maybe it depends on the guide, but I don't think it's possible to do it one day at a time in each city. Again, I think it depends on your request, but I recommend you contact us first. All the hotels were good, but staying in Medrese in Khiva really lifted my spirits! And I am so grateful to Sait-san for picking me up first and Saidi-Zim-san for taking good care of me from then on. When I saw Saidisim's smile on his face when he welcomed me back from Khiva, my travel fatigue was wiped away. I had asked for a tour without doing any research on this company, but another company that inquired about other optional tours was very unpleasant, so I would like to ask assalam travel to do it again.
