The tour was well planned and allowed us to experience all the tourist sites without any worry about transport. All of the sites are worth visiting and aid understanding of the history. All of our tour guides were friendly and interesting. All of our tour guides made sure we were comfortable and respected our need to be flexible.

Everything was organized efficiently. All the drivers knew where to go and the guides were all good. Murodjon, Ulugbek, Mari, Laziz where all really good guides.

I absolutely LOVED this tour — I cannot recommend it enough, and I would give it 10 stars if I could! The entire itinerary was very well put together, and I was able to see everything I wanted to see in Uzbekistan. Every city was amazing, and Samarkand was my absolute favorite — what a mesmerizing city. Everything ran so smoothly — all my tour guides (and even flights and trains!!) were incredibly punctual, and knowledgeable and friendly too. And all the hotels booked were perfect — very conveniently located in the heart of the city, clean and comfortable. Amir and team organized every detail flawlessly, and it was so helpful to have someone who knows the country organize everything for you (it ends up being around the same cost if you try to do it yourself anyway, so it’s totally worth it to just let the professionals handle it). Also, I’ll mention that I had some visa issues right before my trip (completely my fault), and Amir went above and beyond to help me out the night before my flight/tour. I was so grateful for his help and that I was able to make it to Uzbekistan because this tour is an experience of a lifetime! Highly, highly recommend!!

Very well organized, very flexible and respond very quickly. Very friendly guides and very punctual and efficient transportation, excellent tour!!

I reserved this experience so I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. I received a detailed planning and this pleased me a lot, but in the course of the week there were some flaws, such as being 1 hour waiting for the guide because on my map was marked for 8h and the guide was marked for 9h only. However, what most disappointed me was the last day in Tashkent, where on my map there are places to visit that have been closed for more than a year as is the case of the Museum of History of Uzbekistan. It was replaced by another museum, but I would like to have been informed in time and that did not happen, I was only informed at the end of the tour and because I questioned. The same goes for the Hazrati Iman complex which was closed and continued to be mentioned in the planning. You should be careful with this information as they are the reason for a less positive rating of this tour.

POSITIVES: - Well organised - Booking was made seamlessly. Amir was quick to respond to queries on Tripadvisor and via Whatsapp. - Guides - all the guides were welcoming, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and great at helping us take pictures. A big thank you to Mr. Ulugbek for the support in getting our group to climb up Topraz Kala and Ayaz Kala, Mr. Bekhruz for going out of his way to take us to an amazing plov restaurant in Bukhara, Mr. Timur for giving us guidance on how to negotiate at the bazaar, and Mr. Nusrat for the apples and ice cream break at the park in Tashkent. They all made the experience enjoyable and felt like family at the end of the trip! Keep up the amazing work! - Tailored made - We were able to start our tour in Khiva on Day 1 instead of Tashkent. We also were able to add on an additional tour of Topraz Kala and Ayaz Kala on Day 3. Both locations are near Khiva. - Pickup and drop off - all drivers were on time to greet us with a name card at the entrance of the train stations at Urgench, Bukhara and Samarkand. The cars were all new, clean, and spacious for our group of 3 adults. It was always a comfortable and safe drive. - Trains - as we were a group of 3, Amir helped to book a whole cabin for us (which is usually for 4 people) on the train journey from Urgench to Bukhara (5.5 hours trip). The cabin was clean and cozy and the toilet (which was at the end of our coach) was clean. The train from Bukhara to Samarkand (approx. 3 hours trip) was comfortable and they served a free snack on the fast train from Samarkand to Tashkent (2.5 hours trip). - Hotels - the boutique hotels that were booked for us at Khiva (in the old town and walking distance to all the sites), Bukhara (in the old town and walking distance to all the sites), and Samarkand (walking distance from some of the sites) were clean, spacious, had good wifi, and air conditioning. Breakfast is included with a good variety of local and western food - the fruits are so sweet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND booking a tour with the company! We had the best experience ever, Uzbakistan its a wonderful country. People are very polite and welcoming, very safe place to be. I travelled with my 16 years old daughter and we never felt uncomfortable. The tour is great but we wished if we stayed 2 nights in Bokhara. Guides all of them were great especially Mister Nusrat we had tour in Tashkent with him wonderful experiences. The only things we didn't like is when we travelled from Samarkand to Tashkent. We spent more than 5 hours in a regular train and the seats wasn't confortable at all. I had a back problem and I really wasn't in a good shape the next day. For the price I payed I wish we travelled in first class in the bullet train. I payed extra money to travel better which is normally include in he price..

It was such a great trip! I brought my 17-year-old daughter and we both loved it! It was a lot of travel in between cities, but taking the train was actually quite fun. The cities were beautiful and our guides were all so knowledgeable and excited to share the history of their country with us.
