6 Stars! Flexible, affordable, and an incredible tour experience!
Choosing VIPAC Travel for our recent trip to Peru was hands down one of the best decisions we made.
We initially looked into booking with a major US-based tour operator, but they required booking at least six months in advance just to secure a spot. By contrast, VIPAC offered complete flexibility with our start and end dates, and they were significantly less expensive.
Taking a chance on a local agency completely paid off. Instead of being packed into a massive group, we enjoyed what felt like a highly personalized, private tour experience. The seamless organization was clear from the start—immediately after booking, we received a comprehensive confirmation email detailing our itinerary and hotels.
On the ground, the drivers and guides were incredibly professional and punctual. What truly set VIPAC apart was their exceptional communication. The office staff checked in with us daily via WhatsApp to preview the next day's schedule and quickly answer any questions.
We had an absolutely phenomenal vacation and would give them six stars if we could! We are already recommending VIPAC to all of our friends planning a trip to Peru. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Excellent tourist and human experience.
I wanted to thank all the people at Vipac for the days they made us spend. They made those 7 days magical and made us feel super cared for and accompanied at every moment of the experience. Everything on time and in order, visit to many unforgettable places. The GUIDES with capital letters, and ALL the staff are sweethearts. Always attentive, willing, in good spirits, open to dozens of questions about each place. Professional and human quality. I thank everyone for these days on my first trip to Peru.
Always notifying everything via WhatsApp the day before, punctuality, everything. Thank you!

Excellent group experience

Unique Experience
Excellent service. The guides are on another level. Ricardo in particular is a person with very human warmth! The coordination and operational management at the destination is excellent!
