We would like to clarify the situation regarding the lunch to help future travelers understand what occurred. When you placed your reservation a few months ago, lunch was not part of the package you purchased. On September 8th, 2026, we updated our listing to include lunch for new bookings. Unfortunately, a system synchronization error incorrectly displayed this new update on older reservations made before September 6th. Since your booking was purchased under the original terms without lunch, we unfortunately could not provide a complimentary service that was not covered in your payment. We tried our best to explain the technical error at the time, and we sincerely regret any frustration this situation caused. Over 10 years of operation, transparency and honest service have always been our core values. The system display issue has now been fully resolved.
