The organization was spectacular, from the hotels which were very good and very well located, to the internal flights and transfers, everything was well thought out and on time. The communication and willingness of Victoria, who was attentive to us at all times. The tours and guides were very good. It was a beautiful and relaxed trip since we had everything taken care of. This was an excellently managed trip ... and the Eco Tour team had been very very proactive. The airport and the hotel pick ups were excellent and the hotel selection was great too. We are very pleased with the service received. We got exactly what we were looking for: to make the most of our time and visit as many places as possible, just as we usually do when we travel on our own. Our trip included Lima, Cusco, Pisac, Machu Picchu, Humantay Lake, and the Rainbow Mountain, in addition to other tours and transfers within Peru. It was a fairly intense itinerary, with long days, city changes, domestic flights, very early pickups, and excursions that required quite a bit of coordination. Even so, we managed to do practically everything we wanted without feeling like we were wasting time resolving transportation or logistics. At first, we felt some anxiety because the trip date was approaching and we were not receiving many updates from the company. However, as soon as we communicated our concern, the response was immediate. From that moment on, we received clear information and quick answers to all our questions, both before the trip and during our stay in Peru. The service felt truly VIP. It was our first time in South America and we did not feel completely confident handling all the logistics on our own, so we decided to have the agency coordinate everything: transfers, domestic flights, and other trip details. There was always someone waiting for us to take us to the airport, pick us up at the hotels, or connect us with the next part of the itinerary. That was particularly valuable on days like the one for Machu Picchu, where we had to coordinate hotel, transportation, train, arrival in Aguas Calientes, and entry to the sanctuary; or on excursions like Humantay Lake and the Rainbow Mountain, which required leaving very early and depending on punctual coordination. Being able to get up and know that the next step was already organized allowed us to focus on enjoying the experience. We also appreciated that the itinerary was aligned with our way of traveling. We are not the type to stay in one place for a long time; we prefer to move around, explore, and make the most of every day. In that sense, the agency understood very well what we were looking for and structured a trip that allowed us to see a great variety of places in a relatively short time. We do not have any major complaints about the agency. The experience met our expectations and we will most likely hire their services again when we return to Peru, because we definitely wanted to see much more.

We did the 7-day tour and added a couple more days to go along the Route of the Sun to Puno. With some specific modifications at our request. They coordinated everything to perfection.
